It's a such fun to use. Pros I love this, it's just fun if you are a nerd like me, but I love all the options, features and make up the creation of the test itself, it is really awesome! Overall, very positive. Pros These tests were easy to set up and getting the grade right away was a huge bonus. I now work with medical students in a different department and use the NBME test, which seems much harder to both set up, proctor, and get a clean usable report from. Cons The only advantage I see for the NBME tests is the percentiles and knowing where most of the students fall on scores. It was 2022 when I last used the EM test, so maybe that has changed. Cons The staff turnover year to year can be daunting but the staff are always top notch!
