### "Easy-to-use tool for placing calls from any location."

JustCall is a popular business phone system because of the extensive collection of functions it provides. The platform's user-friendliness, effectiveness in managing calls, capacity to integrate with other business tools, and quality of service have all been lauded. Some customers have complained about bugs and expensive plans, however this is not the case for everyone and may be attributable to different needs and usage patterns. In general, it would appear that JustCall is an effective and trustworthy company phone system.

Pros

It's convenient that JustCall lets us drop voicemails when we call and automates the majority of our text messages thanks to the platform's capabilities. In my day-to-day activities, I have been able to shave off a significant amount of time thanks to it.

Cons

For unknown reasons, some numbers may be blocked from dialing through JustCall. I have to manually dial the number when this occurs, but thankfully it does so infrequently.

Overall very good, very few technical issues and is a huge step up from the program I used previously.

Pros

It is easy to use and integrates well with other platforms. Overall in my experience it would be highly recommended.

Cons

I dont really have any cons that I can think of. Occassionally the app will continue ringing on my pc when I have answered a call from my cell phone and I have to close everything out to get it to stop.

### "Avoid Justcall"

We were long time customers of justcall and decided to upgrade our account. After upgrading, we realized it did not contain the features we were looking for. When we emailed them 1 day after signing, they sent a lengthy email threatening their legal team to get involved after rendering 0 services. Unethical company and clearly desperate for money, wouldn't trust them ever again and went with a competitor after this experience.

Pros

the application had a lot of features that are similar to competitors in their industry, These features worked for the most part

Cons

Very aggressive sales process with lacking fulfillment team. They will try to pressure you with their legal team if something doesn't go your way

Pros

I like justcall because anyone on our team can login to the browser and see which team member is on the line and see who they are on the line with. We also utilize the fax feature which is convenient to have all on one login. We also use the texting feature a lot with our clients which makes it easier to communicate with certain clients and it is through the business number and anyone on our team can reply/ see the messages which is helpful. It also records the calls that way you or a coworker can go back and listen to conversation. It also links to HubSpot and tracks any communications which we also utilize and is convenient to have all communications in one spot. There are a few things I have asked on customer support normally answers fast if you have any issues and follow up always. We use this app Everday as our main source of communication besides emails. We also are able to schedule the lines to be ring only during our office hours which is also very convenient.

Cons

A few downsides to just call I think we have is not being able to transfer a call directly to a voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when someone is on the line already or just can't take the call at that moment instead of it ringing to their line. Another thing I think with the faxes is that it doesn't send you a confirmation of the fax once sent.

I signed up for JustCall with the intent to evaluate the platform for my team of eight users. What followed was a frustrating and time-wasting experience that ultimately led me to abandon the service entirely. Despite upgrading to a Pro plan that advertised 1,000 included minutes, I was blocked from making calls due to a negative credit balance. The support team’s explanation was convoluted at best — citing a mix of free trial credit usage, unclear billing practices, and a requirement to maintain a minimum account balance, even just to access the bundled minutes. My questions were repeatedly sidestepped or answered with generic responses that did not address my core concerns. The reports they shared showed call activity during the free trial period — before the paid subscription even began — yet I was told this usage depleted my credits and prevented me from using the service I had just paid for. Worse, the billing system lacked transparency. There was no way for me to track credit usage in real time, and the reports had to be manually exported by their internal team. It’s unacceptable to require customers to pay for something they can't monitor or verify on their own. After spending hours trying to get clarity and encountering more confusion than help, I’ve decided to move on. JustCall lost my business and any future potential for our team. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone expecting a straightforward, well-supported, or transparent VoIP solution.

Pros

Unfortunately if there are any positives, they would not overshadow the absolutely terrible experience provided by this company.

Cons

The customer service was so deceptive and inconsistent I became convinced that they were engaged in a pattern of fraud or at the very least willful gross negligence.

It is a good telephony solution, it comes with integration to different CRMs, making it easier to record information and maintain control over the number of contacts. You have the ability to listen to your calls and view data such as the number of calls per day

Pros

Whenever I need assistance with an error or bug within the platform, they try to resolve it in the best way possible. It is easy to use, practical, and very intuitive I have used their AI integration a few times since it is part of a more expensive plan, but it offers several advantages and conveniences for call summaries and note-taking, as well as various interesting data points.

Cons

The support team is from another country, and it is only possible to communicate with them in English. Despite this, communication is often complicated because none of them are native English speakers, so I sometimes feel that they don't understand what I mean or that they respond with things unrelated to my request

### "Best Customer Service Out There"

Good but not great on product. Great every time on customer service.

Pros

Software is fairly easy to use, but I went with these guys for customer service. Period. They respond so quickly, no matter how small the problem. I love that and need that with my team.

Cons

The interface is a little clunky (like the IVR), and we have had some glitches here and there. It would also be very nice for administrators to be able to edit their user's settings.

Pros

After searching for a phone system that would provide ease of use while on the go, connect with our CRM, and reliably work, we finally found JustCall. JustCall has a fair pricing structure and a responsive help team.

Cons

There have been a few issues with the sync between JustCall and our CRM that have required the accounts to be de-synced and re-synced a few times. The information that pulls through is not as customizable as we would like.

I believe that my experience with Just Call is a roller coaster ride. There were times that my usage was at the lowest because of the conflicts and confusion I have encountered but there were times as well when it is easy to use.

Pros

One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation). Also, we suggested a feature last time that can mute the call while we get the credit card information of clients and it worked.

Cons

What I like least about Just Call is the unclear and misguiding instructions coming from their team members. The suggestions and instructions of the first member is different from the second one which makes the client confused. Also, there were times when I went back and forth many times with them about our business registrations but we still ended up being rejected despite following their instructions.

Pretty okay, for the price if you really are looking for SMS I think it would make sense just don't expect an A+ product

Pros

We mostly got JustCall for the SMS features which worked as intended. The Hubspot integration into the workflows was great.

Cons

Call quality, calls occasionally would drop and it wasn't the easiest to setup. A lot of complaints from reps on ease of use.

### "Errors/glitches make JustCall difficult to use"

Frustrating. If a couple things were fixed it would be easy to use and really helpful in my day to day work. But right now, I have to use work arounds that take time. I asked JustCall support about the audio problems and the Hubspot intregration/Chrome Extension and they told me that it was my computer. I literally got a new computer and am still experiencing these issues.

Pros

The ability to call and text my students directly from a JustCall number means I am not using my personal phone number. Calls and texts usually go through fine and the call quality is fine.

Cons

The integration with Hubspot does not work. Instead of being able to open the dialer directly with my students number already pre-populated. I have to open the Justcall dashboard, then open the dialer, then find my students number, and copy paste it into the dialer. Also if I have the dialer open, it will mess up the audio or a Zoom call or other video I am playing (Youtube for example.)

Subcategorizing of templates would be preferred. Rarely there are issues which prevent us from calling but usually corrected within 30 minutes.

So far, this experience has been pleasant; we can set up our numbers, the toll-free, and the excellent connectivity.

Pros

Just call has helped us to manage our sales call and also to forward calls from inbound pool numbers and choose which one will determine the call, we can find calls quickly, and the call log will always be easy to locate a call by name or phone number, which is pretty helpful to see our sales leads

Cons

The call does not have a Zendesk integration, and because the sales team got calls over Just call and our Support team over ZD, we have found it hard to transfer the call between calling systems with a ticket

Oveall I am getting good results from the Text blast. Everything else I really dont use much due to the expense but The bulk sms is the best option on this platform for me.

Pros

The Mass texting and the auto dialer. IT gets expensive but you just have to limit yourself to afford the fetures.

Cons

The cost is alot. I try my best to stay away from intergrating too muchand for using too man of the options that are available. The one thing I dont like is the cost per seat., I can only affrod one extra seat because it's 460 per seat. that is really way too expensive. I can't even hire a full 5 man staff.

The Bulk SMS Opton was vjeapr and more manageable.

Pros

The Dashboard is easy to understand, predictive dialer is reliable and the app exactly is easy to use

Cons

Sometimes it is slow to connect to the person I'm calling, but once it connects, the call it's not affecting the call quality
