So far, this experience has been pleasant; we can set up our numbers, the toll-free, and the excellent connectivity.

Pros

Just call has helped us to manage our sales call and also to forward calls from inbound pool numbers and choose which one will determine the call, we can find calls quickly, and the call log will always be easy to locate a call by name or phone number, which is pretty helpful to see our sales leads

Cons

The call does not have a Zendesk integration, and because the sales team got calls over Just call and our Support team over ZD, we have found it hard to transfer the call between calling systems with a ticket

### "Not the Service You are Looking for"

Pros

Was excited to do a free trial and integrate with Pipedrive. They have a integration built in the marketplace of pipedrive and felt like it was going to be a great solution for our communication needs

Cons

Support is terrible. Once you sign up for say a free trial, You have to verify email.....ok, Then you get 3 questions to answer via email. Answered those. Then the account needs to be reviewed by them before you can access. I am actually still waiting. Asked questions on the web chat.....no response. Sent Emails to the support email listed several times.....no response. So an absolute waste of my time. We are not talking hours, we are talking days. So with that said, I am still on a trial I cannot access. Also you cannot use Gmail or icloud email addresses when signing up. Absolutely absurd

Reason for choosing JustCall

Integration with Pipedrive, but now I believe we will go with Mighty Call (Support is Amazing). Plus we should be able to integrate the features we wanted via Zapier.

Oveall I am getting good results from the Text blast. Everything else I really dont use much due to the expense but The bulk sms is the best option on this platform for me.

Pros

The Mass texting and the auto dialer. IT gets expensive but you just have to limit yourself to afford the fetures.

Cons

The cost is alot. I try my best to stay away from intergrating too muchand for using too man of the options that are available. The one thing I dont like is the cost per seat., I can only affrod one extra seat because it's 460 per seat. that is really way too expensive. I can't even hire a full 5 man staff.

The Bulk SMS Opton was vjeapr and more manageable.

### "Great App, Awesome Service"

Love it, works great, would recommend it anytime.

Pros

Love the ability to do conference calls and call recordings. Really useful for training and monitoring.

Cons

Mobile notification could be improved. Sometimes phone notifications are delayed. I get notified on my phone for SMS messages that may have already been dealt with on the PC app.

Sometimes it is slow to connect to the person I'm calling, but once it connects, the call it's not affecting the call quality

We have absolutely loved using Justcall and it has allowed us to grow our business tremendously.

Pros

The way JustCall integrated with Zoho made it a no brainer for us. I know a few different phone systems "integrate" with Zoho but not like this.

Cons

I don't love that we constantly have to pay for more texts and more minutes. I wish there was a way to just include that in the plan.

### "A solution that works!"

Pros

After searching for a phone system that would provide ease of use while on the go, connect with our CRM, and reliably work, we finally found JustCall. JustCall has a fair pricing structure and a responsive help team.

Cons

There have been a few issues with the sync between JustCall and our CRM that have required the accounts to be de-synced and re-synced a few times. The information that pulls through is not as customizable as we would like.

Calls are routed to the right department. And it absolutely has a detailed report. Even you can track a recording anytime. Can be installed on phones too.

### "Simple call app"

It's okay, not the best phone app but I can see they are making updates and constantly developing it which will eventually have all the features one would require.

Pros

It's easy to make calls and input the number you are calling.Also it always informs you the time zone of the client you are calling

Cons

I really don't like the filter for the call logs, there is none. You have to go back page per page, you can't search a specific number, email or date.

I would say that it is mixed. We haven't found a system we liked better yet.

Pros

I like how well JustCall integrates with our CRM which is Hubspot. It tracks every call, records, each call, and records each text to a contact. That makes sales training super easy.

Cons

I have had some problems with the call quality.

### "Tight integration with Copper and Zapier"

We rely 100% on JustCall now. We had used Aircall previously and in another life, we used Skype. JustCall is the most complete solution for our tech stack and setup. Their support team is a key to ongoing satisfaction and prices are reasonable given the functionality provided.

Pros

We selected JustCall because of its native integration with Copper CRM. We have found that also integrates easily with Zapier and the team does have a range of other native integrations that are useful. Since using JustCall we have found the Support team to be very responsive, available and effective in their support. The Support is 10/10. What we also like is that JustCall is always releasing new features. Not all of them are applicable to our use case but it shows that the team is proactive and on the ball.

Cons

We implemented JustCall early on and at the time it was a bit buggy which was frustrating. However the Support response was very fast and attentive and the team would work out practical solutions. We find the app very stable now.

### "Use Justcall daily, it's a robust solution"

Pros

It does the job with minimal fuss. We've had the odd glitch or unassigned phone line but generally speaking given the volume of calls we make it works fine. It's extremely reliable when used in the chrome plugin, and integrates near-flawlessly with our CRM of choice, Pipedrive. I can't speak to the cost, but our team is happy and management seems content at the cost per call.

Cons

Call Quality was a frequent issue on their end throughout the early usage. We frequently had complaints and their support team was pretty professional, didn't forget about us and eventually helped resolve the problem in the backend. It seemed to be the kind of issue that arose simply because we were the first users pushing particular niche, remote locations so there was some fixing to do but they got the job done after a couple of weeks of minor frustration.

We recently released our support for Opus Codec that has enabled JustCall to handle calls even at very internet speed or shaky bandwidth availability. We are also adding some data-driven automated insights and actions to alert users about their local device environment that may be degrading the call quality. I've used JustCall in a previous company and recommended it as a business consultant for this client when upgrading their reservations system. I love the quick response with customer service and the wonderful customer support agents. They will work diligently to solve any problems you have, every time!

Pros

It's easy to install and get up and running and very user friendly.

Cons

We use this with ONE user only, so a lot of the other integrations and options clutter the dashboard.

Reason for choosing JustCall

Nextiva was the first option, however once the sale was made, there was zero follow up to help get it set up. Never used it once and was charged and had to go through a long refund process. With Ring Central, I never used this, just decided to go back to JustCall after Nextiva, as I am familiar with how it works overall and knew the customer support was exceptional.

Absolutely excellent - they're a pleasure to work with and it's been a breeze using their service.

Pros

The thing I like most about using JustCall is how helpful and responsive their support team is whenever we have a question or run into an issue. They really care about their users getting the most value from their service and resolving any rare issues we've encountered. That alone would be enough to keep us using JustCall for as long as our company needs a phone service.

Cons

It isn't always a perfect fit for what our company wants - but out of the available options we researched, JustCall did tick the most boxes and has been the best fit for us so far based on what our phone and sms needs have been.

Reason for choosing JustCall

I don't recall what other products we considered, but JustCall's Helpscout integration and affordable rates were the primary reasons we went with them. Our experiences with their support team and suggestions to help make it an even better fit for us were also essential in our decision making process.

Ce que j'ai moins aimé dans ce logiciel c'est la fuite des appels si celui -ci est bien enregistré le travail serait sublime. C'est un logiciel très maniable et l'intégration confortable.

JustCall is easy enough to use -- occasionally have issues with delays but might be due to internet bandwidth. We have an integration to our CRM that seems to work well.

Cons

routing inbound calls -- when someone calls into our direct line, there is a good way to route the calls to appropriate parties. Also the integration to Close seems to only be one way from JC > Close

Usually Call Drops/Audio Drops are due to high jitter (which in turn is caused by inconsistent bandwidth available to call process). In such cases, we help our customers with QOS configuration of the internet router. Regarding Android app, just yesterday we went live with our updated Android app which is lighter & faster than before. Hope you gave that a try. We have 24/7 customer support.
