### "Changes the way you sell and manage"

The customer service team are fabulous and flexible. They are consistently updating the software and understand each client will have slightly different needs. I have watched JustCall change the way salespeople work, for the better!

Pros

It visually integrates well with our CRM Easy to use in the CRM set up Being able to review calls, and see the call & SMS activities makes it easy to train staff as well as ensure the tasks are being completed. This also means we can review a conversation making our next call a more productive one.

Cons

I just which the Premium package was more cost effective for teams and there was an SMS template functionality

### "The product I have been looking for"

Working in an import/export industry, its always difficult to rely on skype or other voice calling apps that are dependent on internet for your daily international calls. I will tell you an example - I am a price broker for a very famous UK based hotel chain and I operate from India. Skype was a good solution for me as I was able to make cheap calls to UK. However, when my business associates used to call me on my Indian landline or mobile number, it was very expensive for them (International standard calls are always expensive). With JustCall I got 3 numbers in my target countries (Spain, United States and United Kingdom) all mapped to my local Indian number. Just imagine the ease of calling any person in these 3 countries and be local to them as well, when they call you in return. I was looking for a product like this and JustCall really helped me to take my business forward. The pricing of the product is a bit higher as compared to competition, but let me tell you these guys have an awesome customer support. (They developed a small feature - a chrome extension just for me on request)

Pros

\- Ease of use - Calendar and scheduling mechanism - Cheap calling rates to anywhere in the world

Cons

\- The dialer could be a bit better - Pricing is ok, but on a bit higher side

Thanks to users like you who are helping us with useful feedback and product feature ideas to make JustCall the best phone system for businesses. Coming on the pricing side - yes, we are probably 10-15% on higher side in comparison to Skype but the kind of integrations and other features like public calendar that we provide, it ends up providing more value to your business than what Skype does. Wish your business grows rapidly in 2017 :)

Very solid. We have high call volume and a lot of leads. It does what's needed.

Pros

I really like the support, price and product. The combination is great. It's not as expensive as other option and does the job. Support works with you and is very prompt and effective.

Cons

Some of the reporting could be a little easier and show everyone but overall it works fine. For instance, I wish some views had more of a breakdown. That's about it.

Pros

The sales dialer is extremely useful, we are able to dial about 40-50% more numbers and can effectively manage the leads we are calling as well.

Cons

A bit expensive but it makes up for how much we make using it. Its also kinda confusing when you first start using it.

In my position, I am using JustCall to broadcast texts, send out individual text and answer/make phone calls. I would like for there to be more compatibility with other software so I am not needing to make CSV files every time I schedule a bulk text out. Overall, JustCall really helps connect with our customers.

Pros

I like how many things you can do on justcall. The range of options is great within one software platform.

Cons

It is SO glitchy. I have issues with incoming/outgoing calls all the time. I use the app on my phone and also on the computer, but either way customers tell me I sound spotty on the phone (noise goes in and out) when I am connected to wifi. I have to disconnect from my wifi and use my data in order for the calls to sound clear (no matter what wifi I am connected to). If you have more than one tab of JustCall open on your computer.... good luck to you.

### "Using JustCall Daily"

We are happy to be onboard and can see many years ahead using JustCall as our VoIP system.

Pros

Our team use JustCall daily as our main office lines are pushed into JustCall which handles our IVR, team number management and call recording. We use HubSpot office-wide and find that the intergration works perfectly which means our productivity has increased greatly using this platform. When minor issues arise the support team are extremely quick to fix which is a must for us in a digital space where clients rely on us over the phone for jobs. The entire user interface for backend management is simple to learn and easy to navigate.

Cons

Pricing for additional phone numbers & users can get a little costly.

JustCall allows us to better manage our sales & customer relations operations. Everything is quite streamlined between our departments and our customers are happy.

Pros

Overall, it's quite easy to use and includes lots of features. It offers more than its competitors and the price you pay is quite fair. Additionally, their tech support & customer service team members are all very responsive and helpful.

Cons

JustCall is still a newer-ish company, so it doesn't have every feature one can imagine, and sometimes its way of integrating with other software isn't perfect. Over time, this is continually improving, however.

Reason for choosing JustCall

JustCall had everything we needed in a user-friendly package. The alternatives seemed to have too high of a learning curve & may have required advanced development, which we don't have the man-power to provide.

Our experience has been absolutely brilliant. The speed at which they release new features and improvements is unbelievable.

Pros

We use JustCall for handling patient phone calls. So, we really find the call distribution, IVR and voicemail feature useful. The most impressive thing about JustCall is their quick customer support response. We get our queries answered in minutes and they are always ready to walk the extra mile for you if required.

Cons

Nothing as of now. If there is any problem, customer support takes care of that.

Overall, my experience with just call has been positive.

Pros

The customer service representatives are helpful, polite and very attentive. You only have to wait a few minutes for assistance with most tickets. The price is right for the service and the interface is fairly intuitive.

Cons

The call logs board can be slow to sync.

Function dialer made almost unusable by the crap software they've built around it. I vocally complain about JustCall dropping calls, crashing, or creating some fresh havok to my team daily. Software that's held together by duck tape and a prayer, this company won't last long without a massive technical overhaul. Oh, and there's no way to contact support from in-app.

Pros

I can select my own phone number, there's at attempt to add a "click to dial" button to every phone number in Chrome via a chrome extension.

Cons

Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected". The SMS inbox is not refreshed live, and the notification bubble on their mobile app never updates so you have no clue if anyone has texted you back unless you manually refresh. The mobile app for making calls (what i use since the extension is impossible to use), will often freeze, meaning that I have to force close the app to hang up. It also crashes if you're on a call and receive a text.

We mostly call our guests using JustCall. Although there are some areas that we are unable to contact, we always have an option to send message instead.

Pros

Very straightforward and easy to use. Call reception is very clear, and SMS functionality is very useful.

Cons

The message notification. Should at least have the option to pop up on desktop if a new notification is received.

Pros

The support team is flexible and allows us to troubleshoot problems quickly.

Cons

The Salesforce integration is inflexible and difficult to work with. Headsets and audio sources have given us huge issues. We have had to make multiple adjustments and buy various different headsets until we found one that will work with the system to provide great sound quality.

Regarding call quality, as it is a function of numerous factors ranging from bandwidth availability, bandwidth consistency, microphone settings, local device environment & so on, it will be great if you can report some phone calls from the call logs section so that we can pull out the carrier level and device level insights and figure out the root cause. Usually high jitter, low mos and incorrect microphone settings are the 3 main reasons that are responsible for degrading call quality in any VoIP solution. Just two days back we started providing support for Opus codec which ensures better call quality even at lower speeds. I'm sure you will notice an improvement in your call quality going forward. Also, we recommend using our desktop apps and if you are using headphones, they should USB ones and not Bluetooth. Thanks again. Gaurav Sharma CEO, JustCall

### "Great alternative to landline and other VOIP services"

It was a simple change from my business landline phone to JustCall. They helped get the number ported and everything went well. They keep making great updates to the software and it is easy to setup and use.

Pros

It is a feature-rich calling and texting platform with lots of bells and whistles. Integrates with our CRM software seamlessly.

Cons

I haven't found anything as of yet. It has met my expectations and then some.

Pros

My company likes that you can record calls and listen to the playbacks for training purposes.

Cons

3 way calling takes a little more work to set-up unlike 3 way calling from your cell phone so this was my companies least favorite feature but you can make 3 way calls by creating a conference for all attendees who need to be on the call together.

### "Just call to integrate notes into PipeDrive"

I would give it a 7 for overall rating. Simply because I think the team behind can do so much more with the PD integration especially with contacts that are duplicated which causes some calls that are made from a deal open is saved in another because it detects that deal instead of the other.

Pros

Huge pro for JustCall is its integration capability with PipeDrive. Linking the notes on calls that took place via JustCall to PD cuts the job in half.

Cons

It is probably the delay and lag in the software at times. Notes don't come up right away in the PD link. Not sure if its a JustCall issue or PipeDrive because there are occasions where the notes were saved in JustCall but does not show in the deal on PD where the call was made from.
