The people who work there is the only reason I have stayed with the product, they are very accommodating and very helpful . I heard about the Dolphin and tested it for a week and was amazed at how many more people we reached. It is a wonderful tool and all of my agents now have their own account. July 20, 2014 5.0 The Dolphin dialer is moderately priced compared to some of the big name dialers out there, but it's got a lot of features and runs great. Just remember it only works on Windows 7 or better so if you have a Mac you're out of luck. The PAM button is my favorite feature. When a voicemail comes on, you can say the persons name and then click a button to leave a voicemail message and go right on to the next call. Saves a lot of time and stress trying to stay fresh so I don't have to repeat the same message 50 times a day. Review Source VL Vincent L. I can import my list from my CRM through Excel with ease. Cons- I would give 5 stars but I need to be able to text my customers as well. Pros Ease of use Cons not cloud based Review Source jA jay A. president Telecommunications Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Dolphin Dialer Review" September 30, 2016 5.0 Just getting to use it in kind of a test drive around the track but I can tell right away this is a very efficient Dialer for my needs and anyone else doing campaigns that don't need Predictive Mode dialers. The auto drop Voice Mail is a great feature and also being able to see real-time what is happening with the call from dialing, re-trying, no connection or whatever the status is. If you just need to be more productive with previewing records before clicking a button or previewing records while it is dialing then this is the best platform for this environment I have seen. Pros Very easy to use. Automation of Voice Mail pre-recorded messages is great. Loading lists are easier than VICI Dial and others. Cons Only con I can see is that the number of calls made report seem aggregated vs standalone, but I might be not taking a necessary step on my end. Review Source VS Vern S.
