The people who work there is the only reason I have stayed with the product, they are very accommodating and very helpful . Cons I've had to rebooted my system to work sometimes, especially since I got a new modem. But its mainly my ISP's issue. The auto drop Voice Mail is a great feature and also being able to see real-time what is happening with the call from dialing, re-trying, no connection or whatever the status is. If you just need to be more productive with previewing records before clicking a button or previewing records while it is dialing then this is the best platform for this environment I have seen. Pros Very easy to use. Automation of Voice Mail pre-recorded messages is great. Loading lists are easier than VICI Dial and others. Cons Only con I can see is that the number of calls made report seem aggregated vs standalone, but I might be not taking a necessary step on my end.
