Non-existent customer support and poor audio made it unusable

Pros: The presentation features - breakout rooms, white board, etc.. made this product very promising and worked well. Our team really liked the ease of use for instructors when piloting.

Cons: While testing the product, we conducted small sessions (about 5 users). We realized immediately once we moved to a bigger section that the AirClass platform had major performance issues with audio as soon as the 7-8th user would join. Lines dropping left and right - we had to scrap everything and go back to Skype. Reached out to AirClass multiple times to work through the audio issues and never received a response. Had to cancel the license about 2 months in, when it may very well have been something they could have fixed.

Overall: Great concept - would love to find a platform with similar presentation features. Unfortunately, poor audio and lack of client support makes this unusable for us.

With the appropriate accessories, this is a powerful, dynamic tool for online learning.

Pros: Anyone that has tried to use an online whiteboard feature with a mouse knows how difficult this is. Luckily, with touchscreen technology being ubiquitous now, the ability to use a stylus allows for dynamic tutorials and powerful illustrations, and allows for truly interactive, engaged online learning.

Cons: Even if an instructor has the appropriate tools to give an effective lesson, student participation requires that students in a lesson have the necessary hardware/accessories, which sometimes limits the level of engagement.
