### "Those glassbox reports are great !"

Pros

I am thrilled of the Glassbox reports and funnels. we can create an alerting mechanism which gives us notifications when there is a spike

Cons

The navigation in the site can sometimes be cumbersome specially when we need to enter the various date ranges for example

Pros

See the session replay and the overview of pages. we can see in the main dashboard where customers have errors

Cons

The Interaction maps have issues which are hard to over come - would be great if they were made easier

Pros

We have been using the heatmaps and they show us the hover level as well as the clock rate on specific screen elements. we can also group these into zones

Cons

I would be happy if GB would introduce more sessions to screen - and on top of that propose a link to AB test that works

This serves us to close the gap we had in Adobe in the tracking

Pros

What I like is that I can now dip to a deep level on the CTA which are not properly addressed in Adobe

Cons

Having autoplay for sessions after the session replay. so that we dont need to look for next ones
