Overall it gets the job done but there are platforms out there that do what bold does and much better. Almost all of my clients have moved on from bold. Pros The ease of integration and setup is ideal. Anyone can get started. Cons If you are looking to have a more comprehensive subscription program, this might not age well for you. Perhaps these issues have now been resolved with Subscription apps using the Shopify checkout directly instead of a third party checkout page. Pros How quickly I was able to build, manage, and deploy my first subscription product on Shopify.
