We use it to centrally manage digital signage across multiple screens and it has significantly simplified the process compared with managing displays individually. Creating, scheduling and updating content is quick, and changes can be deployed remotely without needing to visit each screen. It has proven reliable, flexible and scalable, and it works particularly well for our use case of displaying company information and Power BI dashboards. Pros Yodeck is very easy to set up and manage, even across a larger number of screens. The web interface is straightforward, and being able to remotely manage content, schedules and devices from one place saves a lot of time. It supports a wide range of content types and integrations, and we have found it particularly useful for displaying dashboards and business information across multiple locations. Pros When we needed to alter the schedule I didn't have to run all the way around the warehouse to do so after clicking past some of the awkward menus. Cons The cost structure or tiered price system provided by this company makes no sense for someone with small number of screen requirements. Branding and content shines and gives my community information, schedules, and highlights in an amazing display. For a small business it can be pricey. Also if a native app and a cleaner and streamlined interface were introduced, I believe 5 stars is within reach. They are improving and adding features over time. So I might need to adjust this rating soon. Pros I love the customization and ability to help my brand stand out. The apps keep improving and add content making our presentations fun, engaging, and eye catching. Cons I have used 3 Yodeck players. The setup can be a bit tricky at times. If everything works first try, it’s a great experience. If something doesn’t go right, resetting the player can be difficult and feels like you are in an endless loop. As much as I love the apps, the licenses are rather pricey for a small business. I had to eliminate a screen because it was too much to maintain, so I am down to 2 screens. Uploading video can be hit or miss at times. I sometimes need to delete and reload several times. And my biggest wish would be a native app for iOS or iPadOS. The current system is a bit clunky and not fluid. Having to switch browsers, constant log in, and a UI that seems dated are fixes that would bring Yodeck to a modern and sleek level. I now have a very junior person running both screens and it's been very easy. Pros Yodeck is easy to use. The user interface is very intuitive. This is by far the easiest system to use. Cons Some of the templates are not great. There are some buggy things in some of the most recent templates that I've tried to use.
