After 3 months of using in a production site of one of our customer i can say that ... it works. Super easy, super fast, super adaptable. We will use this solution for sure on other sites and customers.

Pros

it's very easy to get into the app. In 15 minutes you can open a free account, add your first device, add all the media files you need and push them to the device. That's it.

Cons

there is no native app for smartTV. In some cases you have to go through smartTV web browser. Privacy policy not clear at 100%

We had a resource issue with how frequently we could update the signage. Yodeck removes that issue and enables instant updates.

Pros

We used to rely on media uploaded directly to our TVs, and Yodeck now saves me a lot of time each month, which adds real value for the investment. The content creators now have much more control and capability to communicate their message. Support has been very helpful, and the AI chatbot even helped me work through an issue with browser extensions quickly. The players feel robust and have consistently high uptime. Overall, managing our signage estate remotely is straightforward and gives us much more capability than before.

Cons

I can’t think of any downsides. Possibly the cost per screen but that is offset by less time spent updating and enabling more rapid updates.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made communication much easier by allowing us to share updates and important information on screens in a clear and consistent way. Setup was quick, and the system runs smoothly day to day.

Pros

Yodeck is very easy to set up and use even without technical experience. I can update screens remotely in real time, which is great for keeping the team informed. I'm loving it!

Cons

Pricing becomes less flexible once you add more screens, as you have to pay per screen and lose the free plan. Also, there are occasional small bugs or delays when updating content, but nothing major.

Yodeck has been an amazing tool so far, allowing us to connect with our employees and provide updates without having to manage each TV/device manually with usb drives, powerpoints, etc.

It has completely simplified our ability to post company updates, information, training times at a very low upfront cost with an incredibly easy to setup solution.

Cons

The UI leaves a touch to be desired by our HR manager, as there has been a bit of a pain point in finding the correct locations to apply media, content, etc.

Easy to use, immediately resolved the issue I was facing, didn't have to look around to find anything else.

Pros

This service solved the issue I had of trying to find a way to display old '80's cartoons on a tube TV in my Arcade. It was very easy to use.

Cons

The streaming device I selected won't output in 4:3 but that isn't Yodeck's fault. I'm actually planning to purchase a Yodeck Raspberry Pi player to solve this issue.

Affordability, simplicity and support–they really do care about the product, their customers, and their service.

Cons

Lack of easy-to-grok documentation for business-to-business use cases is a bit frustrating, it seems to be the Yodeck team prioritizes chats and email over documentation and video tutorial improvements by use case.

As a overall Yodeck gives very good user experience and you can set it easily without anyone guidance

Yodeck interface is very user-friendly and it gives ease of use, we displayed few of our ads and schedule option is very nice.

Cons

Sometime shows content is pushed but it hangs. Schedular option sometimes confuses, Little description needed.

My experience has been wonderdul. We're coming from a product this had several diseperate interfaces for management. Yodeck combines these all into one.

Pros

They solve near real-time performance issues and on-boarding is stupid simple if you define the wireless settings during your order.

Cons

The price isn't free, but no good product is. If i had to say one thing, it would be nice for the remote viewer to be a live feed instead of a screenshot.
