The support team and technical expertise is of much higher level. A request is able to be completed whereas with Dakota they always say it's not possible or designed that way. Velocity knowledge of design makes it great for a customer to submit a request with the confidence they will find a solution. Pros Easy to build custom audits and inspections. Ability to link actions to audits, inspections and reports. System has built in check to ensure a safety report is not closed unless all open actions are complete. The system allows you build an organization chart of locations so that information and reports are specific to an area within a site instead of only at the site level. Reports are easy to run. Able to run OSHA logs. Ability to use SSO and users can be automatically loaded into the system and removed. Cons Adding attachments and the time of submission.
