Pros: Works as intended. Humans replying to the chat was a big plus.

Cons: In trial we couldn't automatically forward enquiries to our CRM.

Overall: Very happy with the service provided by Salesdesk247 and their live chat product. The chat team were knowledgeable, intelligent and provided excellent assistance to our customers. The setup was painless and their systems were very easy to use.
