Pros: Gong is awesome! It allows every call to be recorded, analyzed and sent to the correct people. Gong allows managers to make comments on specific parts of the calls, speed up or slow down the pace and send feedback to the reps. One of the coolest parts about Gong is how the platform analyzes each call, letting the manager and caller know how much he/she talks compared to the customer/prospect, what topics were discussed, and even what words you are repeating many times.

Cons: I think that the only thing that could be considered negative about Gong is that anyone at your company can listen to the call/recording

Overall: Great!

Pros: The product rocks - it actually analyzes your call and picks up keywords brought up on the call and marks them on the recordings with a marker so you can jump to particular spots of the call. It also pulls the talk time between you and the other caller which is great for call coaching purposes.

Cons: I honestly don't have any cons on this product. They are even great about analyzing the call extremely fast too!

Overall: It's great for call coaching and accountability on calls with clients.

Pros: I love that Gong records all of my calls. It is nice to know I can always go back and listen to them. I also love reading their blogs.

Cons: I have not had any issues with Gong. I really enjoy using the software. It would be cool to see more product releases

Pros: This system is incredible! We use it as a sales team to record all of our demos. It gives a fully detailed breakdown of each call (i.e. who speaks when, subjects talked about, etc.). You are also able to give feedback within the recording to help your team. We also use it for our customer success team so they have correct expectations with each client.

Cons: I wish the video could be shown larger while still giving the full breakdown of what is being said.

Overall: Our team is more efficient with their calls. They are able to judge themselves on their performance and prepare for future calls.

Pros: I love the transcription. Instead of looking for a part of the conversation I need to note, I can just pull up the transcription and ctrl-F for the part of the conversation I need.

Cons: I dislike how long it takes to sync. While that's certainly hard to transcribe, I've had a few calls take several hours to process, and some take 5 minutes. It can seem a bit random sometimes as far as processing speed.

Overall: It's amazing for coaching. I can tag multiple managers and VPs in calls of interest, and mark the timestamp for them to listen to. I can also pull up interesting calls from teammates as well.

Pros: I love being able to see the talk times and how gong breaks the call down.

Cons: sometimes the software analyzes the call and doesn't do it as well as a human could (for obvious reasons).

Pros: It's intuitive and a good way to coach sales calls that I'm not sitting on. It's also good to be able to leave commentary on the calls.

Cons: I don't like that the comments show up on the right hand side, rather than within the call. It's not easy for the sales rep to digest. I also don't like that library functionality is limited.

Pros: How automated it's. It's recognition is amazing and surprising.

Cons: It may be a bit pricey for small business, but it worth in the end.

Pros: Gong's ability to transcribe recored phone calls and video sessions is amazing. It is so easy to search for and key terms.

Cons: I wish it were a little easier to upload videos of product discovery sessions that were not recorded through a integrated conference tool like join.me.

Overall: What an amazing tool for both Sales and Product teams.

Pros: I can see my demos broken down by percentage of talk time, helpful for call reviews.

Cons: Sometimes the transcription is not very accurate.
