Easy of setup and adoption (the team loved it instantly)

Cons

Search user interface could be better - can be a little clunky to find what you are looking for

Pros

One thing I can say is I've never been disconnected while on a Gong call.

Cons

One thing I don't like (rarely happens) is when my prospect can't hear me on the call.

Pros

Gong easily analyses our calls and lets us find examples from our reps to share for training and coaching purposes. It's easy to use and functions perfectly.

Cons

Nothing major, only thing I can think of is it logs us out very quickly if inactive. That may be a setting we have and it's a good idea for security, but it does seem to be quicker than most other apps.

Awesome!

Pros

Great turn around on recordings and transcripts. Easy way to see trends on calls and be alerted to new recordings fitting your criteria (ex- churn risks). Also, our CSM is proactive, helpful and works well with us.

Cons

Nothing. Everything has been great. When we switching VOIP providers their sync up with Gong took longer than expected but not due to Gong

Being able to review my calls has been so insanely beneficial for the growth of not only my individual skills but the skills of our company as a whole. Everyone can be honest with themselves looking back into the calls.

Pros

I love how it picks up on certain topics of conversation so I can pick and choose what I am reviewing when look back on a call.

Cons

I find the UI a little cumbersome but it's a small complaint

Its been okay. Its nice to have a place to listen and see what others are doing on demos.

Pros

I like that it can transcribe the entire conversation and you can download it and read. That has been a life saver.

Cons

It doesn't always record my demos. A lot of the time i have to manually upload the audio into gong which can take over 30 minutes.

GONG helps myself and team with areas of opportunity they need help with on their calls. It is effective with my time of use because I can listen to specific parts of the call my reps send to me; instead of listening to a call that maybe 15 or so minutes longer. Thank you for creating such a pivotal tool that only continues to get better their their updates/enhancements.

Pros

I like how I am able to share specific parts of calls and share with my team and colleges.

Cons

Honestly, everything I need to coach my reps effectively is in GONG. I have used one other software in the past and it does not even compare to GONG. With all the continued updates/enhancements only solidifies how on point GONG is with their users. The end result is how much it helps my sales reps increase their sales.

Pros

I love how seamless it is to use this software. The Gong recorder automatically gets on each call with me and I don't have to worry about manually recording each call. I also really like the measurements you can use on the site like how quickly you respond, longest monologue, etc.

Cons

Honestly I haven't found anything I don't like about this software yet.

Dont look elsewhere. This software just works. Everything works great, and set up and ease of use is perfect. The sales team needs it and it allows us full visibility into the life of all deals.

Cons

Honestly, There is very little i dont like. My only con would be that it doesn't pull Zoom recording automatically.

Gong has been extremely helpful for my initial needs analysis calls. the notes feature is critical for note taking and helps me develop the right solution for my prospects. I recommend it highly.

Cons

the note taking voice goes off each time someone joins the call.

I love Gong it is part of my core tech stack. I am constantly impressed by the Gong Team and CSMs who are extremely knowledgeable.

Pros

I can quickly catch up on any opportunity through Gong. Instead of having to rely on my gut Gong helps me take conversations and provide actual data around how to coach and improve my team. I can quickly test messaging and track how it is being delivered and received.

Cons

We leverage conference rooms to host our zoom demo's. I wish I could associate a reps zoom to permanently mark them as the host.

Pros

Tracking and reviewing sales calls is so much easier. The best part is the color-coded transcription of calls, so it simple to skip to necessary parts.

Cons

Can't think of much. Notifications about upcoming calls / calls that happened can be annoying. Sometimes, the search function doesn't work perfectly.

Gong is a game changer. Not sure what we pay, but I can't imagine the ROI being anything less than 10x. Integral part of our training and ongoing enablement. and they're adding helpful functionality all the time.

Pros

Incredibly useful. very quickly dissect my own past calls, and those of my teammates for training purposes.

Cons

Not much. I'd recommend this for any sales customer support org.

Great and easy to use, great feedback and LOVE being able to read a transcript of the call.

Pros

I love being able to provide and receive feedback from gong all in one place- I'm emailed with notifications and can get feedback right within the platform as well. Ease of use is great, as well!

Cons

Sometimes, the transcripts don't process every word perfectly.

I really like the tool, best call recording/coaching software out there. The company will often post best practice feedback which is super helpful.

Pros

Gong is super easy to use and it is a great tool for going back through past calls. It is also great for call coaching.

Cons

Very minor complaint, but sometimes, Gong wont sync up to my meeting and it won't record.

Pros

It makes reviewing my calls so much easier. Instead of taking notes frantically while talking with a prospect, I can really listen and be present in the conversation and know that I can listen later. It's also a great way to review my own tactics and improve my own techniques as well as shadow more experienced colleagues and see what is working for them.

Cons

I don't feel like I can answer this. I think it's a great software. I wish it didn't record every call because a lot of them are just vm's but you can filter

Gong is used to record all of our calls, meetings, demos, and presentations with prospects and customers. Gong is solid because it will breaks down calls by specific topics and you can see statics like talk time, interactions, etc.

Cons

I wish there was more highlights into the analytics which could show call sentiment.
