Pros: Easy Account level roll-up reporting. Quickly and easily see which accounts are responding to your programs. Includes both 'known' leads to Marketo and (theoretically) the activity of anonymous leads. Send weekly reports to your sales team so that they can see what is lit up in their patch. The Lead to Account Matching Functionality works as advertised, although it's a black box and can't easily be tweaked. The concept of an MQA works well, but there are no account funnel stages before or after that, so the concept of an account-based funnel isn't all there just yet.

Cons: Playmaker is good, but it can be difficult to get sales teams bought in on switching from an existing outbound tool (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, etc.). Sometimes the feedback from the sales team was that they already knew about the accounts that were engaging with our marketing and so the reports often didn't actually add value for them. The concept of 'engagement minutes' is a fabrication. It's really just a scoring model with no real time measurement happening.

Overall: Account-Based Reporting. Lead-to-Account Matching.

Pros: It allows me to quickly and easily see the engagement of prospects and customers through marketing initiatives and web engagements.

Cons: I would really love to have a more informative email summary. It tends to be a little light on the details and it would be great if it could provide more contact information.

Overall: Prospect Engagement detail that I wouldn't otherwise have.
