Pros: The software helped me to establish my footprints into untapped World. In fact, It helped me to identify millions of customers that I would not have found my self. In addition, the software helped me to reduce my marketing work. I find all wanted leads in organized and effective way. I do not need to appoint a lot of people to search, find and make lists of target customers for me.

I do not need to increase size of my marketing team anymore. My small team can do a lot of work effectively because of support from this amazing software.

Cons: The company need to do a lot of work for re-verification and updating of leads. In addition, they need to clearly explain to customers which geographical areas, they have customers.

Overall: Overall, the software helped me reduce my marketing team to a very small size. I reduced my operational costs and enhanced my profit.

Pros: Love that we can discuss what specific targets we're looking for (industry, role, etc) and get validated research on how to get to these individuals.

Cons: Their employee model is a bit interesting with lots of outsourced work outside of the US so sometimes you might have a great account manager but then the work and research is actually done in a 3rd world country which makes the quality suffer.
