Pros: The ability to quickly load a lead from salesforce or multiple leads is very easy. The email tracking is also very helpful when deciding when to reach out to prospects. Navigating through Salesloft for the most part is very easy. The notifications on whether an email has been received or not is great. I primarily use Salesloft for email cadences and email blasts. Both allow me to send templated emails to prospect at a much faster rate than gmail. The dashboard also gives you good feedback on which emails are being opened/responded to. Being able to create your own custom templates is very easy as well which allows you to change up your messaging whenever you'd like.

Cons: Salesloft at times can make it difficult to log calls. Sometimes I'll prefer to just log calls in salesforce when Salesloft isn't recording my calls properly. The email tracking while useful will sometimes give you false alerts if the prospect is opening their email with outlook or if you open the email yourself which can lead to confusion. The tool also has issues with uploading leads from salesforce from time to time which can be frustrating.

Overall: Tracking and creating emails that are sent to prospects are the biggest values to my job. The new ability to tell if a prospect is looking at our site and what pages they are visiting is also useful. Salesloft does a good job of constantly adding new features like a linkedin extension at the bottom of the screen to verify prospects. The dashboard also helps tell which emails work and which don't and making changes to templated emails is very easy.

Pros: - Easy to navigate
- Great customer service
- Saves me an immense amount of time
- Provides valuable data
- Automates for me
- Holds me accountable to following up with leads

Cons: It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.

Overall: I've loved SalesLoft from the moment we started using it. Initially, I was taking over some duties for a member of our team on maternity leave. Her outreach is wide and system complex and I don't say this lightly when I say that SalesLoft is one of the only reasons I was able to step in for her. Her position is unique and SalesLoft allowed me to keep up our daily correspondence with leads in a way I could not have on my own. After this experience, I insisted on setting up an account for myself. We built out a new position for Inbound sales and have seen some incredible results--enough to hire on another inside sales specialist and begin scaling. This was possible partially to SalesLoft's integration into my job--allowing me to stay on top of leads and giving me rich insights. Our new Inside Sales Specialist was blown away when I trained him on SalesLoft--he mentions to me daily how thankful he is to have it. As we continue to scale our inside team, I only see our partnership and dependency on SalesLoft's capabilities growing.

Recommendations to other buyers: - Play, test and utilize it - Take advantage of the SalesLoft resource library - Go to their conference, Rainmaker! We're taking our entire team this year - Schedule an in-person meeting when you're in ATL-- the entire team is amazing, helpful and it adds a rich layer of understanding of the software.

Pros: We purchased this product just over a year ago and there really is so much you can do. The reporting capabilities are virtually endless. I love the plugs into Slack and Salesforce. We use those daily. It really motivates my team to see who is setting meetings through SalesLoft and when they are being scheduled.

Cons: This has been a very heavy lift. Things that would would think are intuitive are not. Changing the time for a cadence step is not as simple as changing the time. We have had to undergo multiple trainings for my team to bring everyone up to speed and training new hires has been difficult. That being said, there is a lot this product can do and will likely become very powerful once everyone gets the hang of it.

Overall: Motivation and automation for my team.

Pros: We mainly used SalesLoft for a variety of email cadences, and it worked great. We were able to continue engaging prospects and also streamline follow up with customers. The autodial feature worked well, but we didn't use it much. I could see this working well for a high-volume inside sales team.

Cons: The email tracking is a great idea, but we found the email opens/clicks to not always be 100% accurate. It was probably closer to 50/50 which created confusion with prospects and customers. I think this is a key feature that could be improved to add more value.

Overall: It allowed our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline communication with prospects and customers. Ultimately, this meant better engagement with our customers and increased retention.

Pros: Extremely hands off, effective outreach that allows you to maximize output and log information on salesforce with a click of a button. I do like the workflow they have established. I can crank through 100's of calls a day if needed, increase volume of conversations.

Cons: Saleloft freezes often, and their internal dialer messes up ALL the time especially when you use a dial by name directory. It gets frustrating that their service also goes down or at least slows down 2 every two weeks.

Our Sales Team uses SalesLoft to convert leads.

Pros: Absolutely love the integration with Salesforce. If your company uses Salesforce, this tool will take your team to the next level. Tracking the process from lead to closed business is so simple and easy to coach to. Also loved the consultative approach their team took with us. They have suggested many tools outside of their own software to help us fill gaps in our Sales Process.

Cons: Don't expect this to be a plug-and-play solution. Not because it's complicated, but because it will take some training and you will have to get your sales team bought in to following a new process. If you are willing to invest the time and training energy, it will be great though.

Overall: More closed deals in less time. Easier to track the sales team's activity on a daily basis and coach individual performance.

Pros: The tool undeniably boosts the productivity of a sales team. You're able to touch a much higher volume of prospects per day than without it

Cons: the downside is the platform was architected and built by a 5 year old. Their APIs is bad so their email integration with Outlook is constantly spotty. The logic built into the Contact sorting function is very basic so its hard to sort through a high volume of contacts at once. Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.

Pros: There are a lot of features that help our sales team with their prospecting activities. CrystalKnows is pretty scary how accurate it is. Cadence also allows our team to seamlessly create repeatable processes. Support has also been exceptional.

Cons: We've had some issues with customization. In particular, some of our users wanted to personalize the font and look of their outbound emails. We had to work with their support team but we're still limited to a default font for the entire team.

Pros: I like how easy it is to bundle and send mass amounts of emails. Much more than I would be able to do manually.

Cons: For 3 months I was unable to use the tool. My emails were sending at about 1 out of 10 and I had to keep in constant connection with the Salesloft team to try to find the root of the issue. When it is working it is a great tool, however being unable to use the tool for 3 months was a major setback.

Overall: I was able to greatly increase my efficiency and productivity when it was working correctly.

So far my experience has exceeded my expectations

Pros: If I had to choose one thing that I like the most about SalesLoft it would have to be the user friendliness. I was nervous at first about integrating a new software into my daily routine, however, SalesLoft literally outlines everything you need to do to get up and running when you first start. What is also nice is they offer several Q/A sessions once you go live with the software. This has allowed us to ask questions after using the software for several weeks.

Cons: What I like least is that sometimes there seems to be a few glitches that require a restart of the program, or re-download of the SalesLoft ext. This seems to be the "norm".

Overall: It has streamlined my daily process. What I once could do in 8 hours, I can now do in about 5 or 6. In addition it gives you the metrics to know how effective your outreach process is. Where you are a person who makes 100 cold calls a day, or an account executive who needs a process to follow up with prospects, SalesLoft helps.

Pros: It allows our reps to stay on track and not get behind with their outreach. Also able to record calls and help coach along the way.

Cons: It only relates to our business but the company attached to the name is never accurate. We spoke with SalesLoft and it's because we have multiple contacts under the same email domain. A very small Con and not really an issue. Great product!

Salesloft has helped our organization stay focused on getting in front of our top prospects.

Pros: One of my favorite parts about Salesloft is the team behind the software. The product was built to help sales professionals and the organization reflects that vision.

Cons: The only thing that I do not necessarily like is when I have to remove a prospect from the cadence but am not prompted to explain why.

Overall: It keeps me focused, on track, and at the top of my game to help grow our company.

Pros: The software is easy to use, and once you get a hang of it you can really speed up communication with customers. My favorite part is you can see the analytics and see who is opening/seen emails, etc.

Cons: I wish there was an easier way to set up templates, as well as create recurring templates. Other than that very great!

Pros: - It helps you customize messages but send out a lot more. With templates and cadences and dynamic text such as [name] it makes sending out personalized emails very fast

Cons: - There were some glitches but the customer service team was very quick to respond and start working on them. It did increase output but of course has to be monitored and enforced otherwise the sales team starts getting a backlog of these "to dos" and emails to be sent and calls to be made.

Salesloft takes some time to get used to as far as understanding how to leverage it but works well

Pros: Easy to call people and send out scheduled emails with a configured workflow. Great for setting up cadences and targeted emails. Easy to add attachments. Reminders work well. Clean UX/UI.

Cons: Email formatting sometimes comes out incorrect, as copy and pasting in emails seem to effect this. The software can have some bugs sometimes... but usually works once refreshed. Can be confusing to learn how to use.

Overall: Helps me stay organized with outreach to prospects.

Pros: It simply combines the most functionality with the best user experience available. I was part of the team that shopped for this kind of software solution for our company and was the primary implementer. During our trial, customer support was extremely responsive and helpful. SalesLoft's cadence functionality and robust API integration made it possible for us to accomplish virtually anything we could think of in regard to streamlining the workflows of our sales team.

Cons: If I had to gripe about the minor things, I'd wish for more customization options when it comes to page layouts. I imagine that that's something that users can look for down the road, though.

Overall: It gave us the power to customize and optimize our sales team's work flows at a very finely-tuned level of customization and detail.

Pros: ability to create long cadences of touch points and semi-automate the process means countless hours are saved. you can easily see your status of each cadence and the activity is seamlessly synced with Salesforce.

Cons: Had massive issues syncing with my company's Outlook. For nearly 3 months we could not send emails as they would not sync. Took far too long and threats by upper management to drop the product if a resolution was not worked out. Also, don't use the "local dialer" feature. We had people tell us they were getting calls from that number and had told them not to call, but it was our first time calling into them. The local dialer may have it's benefits but be ware how overly used this has become by telemarketers and poeple are becoming more and more aware of this.

Pros: I love how easy it is to import prospects and how easy it is to sort those prospects to determine when they're contacted by you.

Cons: Sometimes it can show you prospect engagement inaccurately.

Overall: I can put prospects in Salesloft, set a time for these prospects to be emailed by me, and walk away. It handles all of the work for sending clients emails and lets you know when it's time to call them.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you know how to set up effective steps in the cadence to heighten prospect engagement.

Great new tool, a ton of progress over the last few months.

Pros: Simplified communication with clients and ensuring that things are sent out on time. A lot of new features are released on a rolling basis and have made some great strides in the past few months.

Pros: I like how it enables you to make cold calls very fast. Minimal effort has to be made to make calls quickly and the cadences helped me get a lot of touch points.

Cons: About one a week it would crash and not work for a few minutes. Also I was there was more customization options around dispositions/sentiments.

Cons: The website crashes often and sometimes calls drop. The consistency lacks , but when the product works it is amazing

Pros: I love that through this software I can have automated emails sent out to my new leads that come in over night as request info. This leads to me having solid appointments booked on my calendar before I even get into the office.

Cons: The only issue I have had is with some leads not going into the correct cadence automatically, this can be fixed very easily but sometimes it can take a small amount of extra time. We are a relatively new client however so most of these issues are a product of getting everything tweaked to our preferences.

Overall: This system has automated a lot of tasks that I would typically spend good portions of my time on which has really allowed me to convert more leads into sales opportunities.

Sales loft is great I could not do my sales job without it.

Pros: SalesLoft makes my position as a sales representative much easier. I am able to put all of my prospects from salesforce into a specific cadence with specific email, phone and social media steps.

Pros: Everything. Voicemail drop, email tracking, template ease of use, marketting campaigns. Everything. It turns a good sales person into a smart good sales person

Cons: Only complaint, is it tracks your own clicks on the email. But it says the city, so its not horrible..

Overall: Better connect ratio, better meetings setup

Pros: The metrics are really easy to spot for managers and the UI is great for reps. The team has been very accommodating, both in the sales process and customer support.

Cons: Outside of their control, but the tool functioned better with the prospector integration with Outreach.

Pros: The Cadences and ease of use of the platform. I know what each step I need to do each day is and what exactly I need to do

Comments: SalesLoft has been a wonderful help when it comes organizing my cadence actions steps. They are constantly updating their product and listen to their user's needs and wants for features. Pros: SalesLoft is a great tool for structuring your contact prospecting process through phone and e-mail reach out. It connects well with Salesforce to allow importing of the contact list and allows you to work out of Salesforce as well. SalesLoft's Cadences help you to organize contact and prospecting to keep your campaign timely.

Cons: The importing and exporting of contacts can be a bit clunky as times and could have easier and more options to organize contacts and data.

Overall: The click-to-call feature and prospecting Cadences help to speed up and organize the prospecting and reach out process.

Pros: This software really allows you to boost your activity while making things much more organized in your sales funnel. Voicemail templates and email templates make sure you are always on your game. It also integrates great with Salesforce.

Cons: It was a little tricky getting used to this software at first but learned quickly. It can be a big change in using templates for emails instead of free writing all the time.

Overall: This software doubles my activity while keeping everything better organized. It also integrates with Salesforce campaigns which makes my life much easier every day.

Pros: very easy way to mass email a list of people. can build out email cadences very easily. sycs to salesforce.

Cons: you should be able to send emails without a subject line. sometimes a no subject line is needed and necessary.

Pros: Making and running cadences and creating lists with my lead pipeline based on criteria that is similar. I choose a ton of leads based on region and add them into a cadence that makes sure I call or e-mail them frequently.

Cons: Integration between Salesforce is buggy and the stage changing over doesn't always update to salesforce so I have to work between both and manually adjust. Also if a meeting gets booked it won't update and create an event is salesforce I have to add that in myself.

Pros: I loved that you can create multiple campaigns and put folks in and out of them. Also, the capability to dial out directly is extremely useful as well. Another thing is the tracking capabilities were perfect. Overall, useful tool

Cons: It really only syncs with Salesforce. Using it in a startup format is tricky because Salesforce doesn't really meet our needs, but other then that, great tool.

Overall: more targeted campaign outreach and automated cadences are extremely helpful.

Sales loft is one of our most used softwares! Love it

Pros: I really enjoy being able to set up communication with clients through this with ease! Being able to track messages and their perception is huge!

Cons: I dislike that contacts tend to get intertwined. It also gets a little slow once doing a number of things but nothing that's too had!

Pros: The work to get done and when is very clear. It is not a software that takes a lot to figure out how to use,

Cons: The advanced settings are somewhat buried and not exactly clear on how each feature works. Yes there is a calendar but where do I access it and is there an email sent or a location in the software that has to be watched?

Overall: I clearly know what leads came in first and when they need to be contacted. My work to do list is clear even after I complete each step.

It is a great tool to track and record calls and emails in Salesforce.

Pros: It is a great tool to track and record calls and emails. My favorite features include the snippet tool where it saves a portion of text that you often use in your emails. Cadences also help to reach multiple contacts in one click and stay organized with your outreach.

Cons: Great tool, but could use some tweaking. Often have to restart my computer multiple times a day for this tool to work properly.

Pros: Having the ability to put your work and calls into a cadence helps with managing time more effectively. It has been a great experience.

Cons: There is not currently an ability to make a cadence come in after a set amount of time from the last Cadence. It puts it directly into the next cadence set up. This is easily managed if your paying attention.

Overall: Knowing when to work what record out of hundreds of records.

Directly makes my job easier, even on the first day of use.

Pros: You can preview emails before they send; ability to approve/edit before mass sending or just mass send them. I love the ease it is to edit each email before they are sent to personalize it a bit more, but still leverage the speed of using templates.

Cons: It is a little hard to move contacts around between steps or to make changes to a cadence. After you know what to do it's not bad, but it's not a very intuitive platform, you need a little guidance.

Overall: Contact more leads without them thinking they've been blasted or put in some kind of que.
Gives me time to prospect effectively and consistently, do more with less.

Pros: The best part about this software is that I can see who has read my emails and allows me to stay on top of tasks in my pipeline

Cons: My least favorite feature of this software is the templates. When you enter an email template, you cannot customize it or the layout will go insane.

This is a great sales acceleration tool.

Pros: I love how quick you can move through the software and make all of your outreach happen so much faster. I don't know what I did before this.

Cons: It does have glitches but they move fast to correct them which is all you can really ask. I do wish the emails where giving feedback.

Overall: Speed

Pros: It allows you to record calls that you'd like to revisit and use for coaching purposes, as well as prospect on a mass level.

Cons: It hasn't been performing at optimal levels, and some emails are impacting the server and not being sent.

Comments: I work on both the sales and marketing team for my company which includes personal outreach and more in depth questions about our services and process. SalesLoft helps me stay on top of that outreach, answer common questions, and help me figure out what messages are working and aren't so I can tweak my templates to get the best feedback. I also love how it lets me know if someone in our company has already been talking to a lead so I can remove them from my workflow without looking like a complete chump.

As a new hire, learning to use Salesloft has been the easiest and most effective tlol.

Comments: As an inbound sales specialist, SalesLoft is the sole reason I'm able to stay organized and reach out to leads in a timely manner. If isn't wasn't for my cadences and email templates so many leads would have fallen through the cracks after a few days. Thankfully SalesLoft keeps me on my game and even makes sure my email content is on point.

Comments: Overall, I like the tool and how it ties to my CRM and other tools (LinkedIn, etc.). My only suggestion is the reporting features or lack there of. My three needs include
-Pulling information by field to excel
-Search by field
-Give exact time of when emails were opened

Pros: This software allows email marketers to reach a wide audience due to bounce rate leniency. We are able to attempt to communicate to more prospects than with Pardot.

Cons: It is hard to review a email campaign schedule once set up. It is difficult to reassign leads if there was a mistake in importing.

Comments: I have been using salesloft from an outbound perspective vs. inbound which has proven some challenges, but still it helps me.

i'd love for it to coordinate and sync with Hubspot.
