As an inbound sales specialist, SalesLoft is the sole reason I'm able to stay organized and reach out to leads in a timely manner. If isn't wasn't for my cadences and email templates so many leads would have fallen through the cracks after a few days. Thankfully SalesLoft keeps me on my game and even makes sure my email content is on point.

Pros

The cadences are great and are easy to set up. Integration with Salesforce. The interface is very user friendly.

Cons

They don't have an app + the reporting is not always in-depth.

Overall, I like the tool and how it ties to my CRM and other tools (LinkedIn, etc.). My only suggestion is the reporting features or lack there of. My three needs include -Pulling information by field to excel -Search by field -Give exact time of when emails were opened

I have been using salesloft from an outbound perspective vs. inbound which has proven some challenges, but still it helps me. i'd love for it to coordinate and sync with Hubspot.
