Pros

It was a good system for marketing, creating campaigns and then monitoring who opens information emails sent to prospects.

Cons

It had limited capabilities as a scaling organisation. A lot of the features met our needs but we needed more data outputs.

Pros

Compared to other sales engagement tools, SalesLoft has a very user-friendly interface which makes it very easy to navigate from the get-go. Very easy to access the analytics and apply filters to get the desired data. Their conversational intelligence feature for both meetings and dials is great for coaching purposes.

Cons

Their integrations can sometimes be glitchy but is resolved in a fast manner.

I have liked Salesloft so far, but not as much as I liked Outreach at my last job

Pros

I like the ease of use when creating new cadences

Cons

Some things aren't as intuitive as i'd like. For example when a prospect responds to an email it is unclear at times if they have been removed from a cadence

Das man vieles an einen Ort erledigen kann.

Cons

Es funktioniert häufig nicht. Der dialer öffnet sich nicht. Die Ladezeiten zwischen den Kontakten ist extrem lang (Habe 1000 M/Bits). Automatisierung funktioniert häufig nicht korrekt mit der Uhrzeit. Fehlermeldungen wenn man viele Mail in einer Cadence manuell schickt. Häufig rutschen auch die Kontaktdoku Felder wo anders am Bildschirm hin.

Overall a positive experience we have a really strong customer success rep in \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been on hand with any questions we have had. She guided us through our implementation across several teams and we have had a couple of best practice sessions to make sure everyone is on the same page. Salesloft is pretty self explanatory to use and once you get started the UI makes sense on how to work. For team members coming from pure CRM usage it can be a bit of a learning curve but once they get the hang of it they love how much more they can get done.

Pros

The most important reason for implementing Salesloft was our SDR team was slowed down by very admin heavy processes and onboarding became a time sync for new team members to learn. Salesloft meant that new team members could know exactly what was expected as outreach for certain prospects. It also means you now have access to a really rich amount of data to understand what types of outreach = success whether it be mixing up length or when certain emails are sent, no. calls etc. Suddenly having access to this information meant that the most successful SDRs no longer had information siloed to them and we could get more and more best practices shared across the team.

Cons

I mentioned when assessing the features the couple of things where Salesloft could improve: - increase focus for non opp creating SDRs. This would mean that those teams could take more advantage of the coaching modules and actually get richer data when their looking for trends across performance. Most interesting to me would be- number of high value activities completed - no meetings booked - no. meetings attended - being able to read leads converted to an opportunity which is the traditional way Salesforce would identify success. Since the release of Rhythm there has been some jankiness in the tool. A few screens that don't take you where you are supposed to go and some slowness with pre-scheduled emails. Their product team has messaged and said they are working on these areas.

Extremely positive. The stellar account manager, customer success and support provided by salelsoft is some of the best I’ve received by any third party provider.The tool itself is extremely functional, does what it says brilliantly and I can’t fault it.

Pros

The tool itself is great and extremely functional, but the customer support from salelsoft is top tier.The support line for general bugs and queries are efficient and extremely helpful, and the customer success aspect provided by salelsoft is some of the best I’ve seen from any provider in their industry, and wider industry groups.Highly recommend for this reason alone.

Cons

The platform itself can be slightly buggy - the focus on new releases could perhaps be toned down and instead more development work could be put into maintaining and upgrading the existing features to be more stable

Overwhelmingly positive with regards to both product and service

Pros

Intuitive comprehensive product. As a smaller company with tighter budgets, having a complete suite of sales engagement, analytics, forecasting, conversation intelligence, and opportunity management under one roof is essential.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much, and any criticism is really just splitting hairs. Obviously the conversation intelligence and deal management modules aren't as comprehensive as stand-alone solutions, but they're pretty close and more than enough for most teams. The salesforce integration is almost perfect and is >98% accurate. We've had an issue with salesloft not being able to write a tickbox to salesforce and that would be a nice fix to see, but again it's an inconvenience rather than a pressing issue.

Reason for choosing SalesLoft

Salesloft UI is more intuitive for the user. I've told Outreach about small blockers to productivity over the years that seem like easy fixes, and they've never been fixed. Why wouldn't you allow users to drag and drop cadence steps like Salesloft?! Outreach analytics is more extensive, but it feels like overkill. In reality though, the deal was about relationships and pricing. Salesloft and Outreach are almost identical in terms of capability and integrations

The integration of call and email tracking with CRM, along with the use of the cadence tool, proves to be beneficial in automating and simplifying the process. Even if you lack technical expertise, you can quickly grasp its functionality as it is user-friendly and easy to understand. This reliable tool empowers you to enhance work efficiency and effortlessly manage demanding assignments.

Cons

The emails sometimes encounter problems, and there can be instances of system crashes. Additionally, the notifications might be delayed, which doesn't contribute positively. To ensure smooth functioning of SalesLoft, a reliable and uninterrupted internet connection would be advantageous. Importing individual items into SalesLoft can be time-consuming, and if a crash occurs, it may take a while to resume normal operations.

With Salesloft, we are able to track the emails that are sent to our contacts on a daily basis and calculate how many consumers are interested in our communications, which allows us to focus our efforts and successfully close more deals.

Pros

Thanks to Salesloft, we are able to automate all aspects of new client searches, in particular via emails. I absolutely adore how we can get analytics that show the behavior of future emails from our marketing campaigns and prepare reports and dashboards that show all the data captured, as it keeps us informed about the real level of engagement with our marketing campaigns. It's great that we can set appointments with potential clients through email and install appointments within our calendar and the client's calendar directly.

Cons

I'm having some minor issues with Salesloft, maybe due to a misunderstanding of the correct way to handle some tools, and I also can't filter the records properly to easily identify what I'm looking for sometimes. This causes me some frustration.

has been poor. There are better solutions out there. As BDRs we rely on tools like sales loft to do our job and make our living. When they work poorly we work inefficiently and cause us, and our company, money. Although I cannot be certain if it is a Salesloft issue or an internal issue with the folks who administer the program. Because of that I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 as it may not be 100% on Salesloft. Also not ceratin if my being based overseas and calling into the US means the phone issues are only for me or also for US based employees. thing is with all other VOIP calling (Zoom, facetime, skype, teams, etc...) I have zero issues - it is only with Salesloft.

Pros

It integrates well with Salesforce. It is better than using a rotary phone and yellow pages like back in the day.

Cons

Phone issues. Intermittent outages. Bad experience with support.

### "STAY AWAY! Mediocre product with a pushy team AND dubious sales tactics"

It is a mediocre product with a good salesforce integration

Cons

We bought the product 1 year ago, have been using it for a whole year. When we signed we were made to believe by looking at the Order form that we are buying a product for 1 year with a start day and an end day. Apparrently they have a link to an MSA saying "unless stated otherwise on the order form" the product will auto renew. Well based on what the order form is saying the subscription was for 1 year. They have no cancel buttons, you have to notify them 60! days before if you want to cancel and you need to speak to a "Sales" agent to cancel. Not a support, customer success or other role. They do everything in their power to make it difficult to impossible to cancel When the subscription "renewal" occurs, they start sending you threatening emails, and will try to force you to prepay the whole year or it will go to collection They have 0 empathy, they try to masterfully defraud customers into staying with them forever, hiding in the small letters their interpretation of auto-renewal Very very bad, stay away. Use a legitimate company that wants you to stay because you like the value they offer.

Cons

For a smaller business, you can do everything you can do in salesloft in Hubspot and more in Hubspot.

Overall experience is GREAT, it is easy to use and really effective in sales mangement.

Pros

What I mostly love about Salesloft is that is really easy to use, and that it helps me target and follow up with more customers giving automated emails a personalized approach. Which helps me get more responses. I also love that I can sink it to me gmail, Hubspot and Seamless AI.

Cons

What I dont like is the dialer I think is really basic, but it does not interfere with my performance. So what happens is when I important the contact from Seamless AI, I cant dial because the number was added to the company not the contact so I have to copy the number and paste in contact to be able to Dial.

Pros

I really like the in-depth reporting and you can get very granular on our activities - from emails to calls. I am very impressed that it records inbound calls especially when you receive it from your cell phone. You are also able to text contacts which is pretty important to me. It also integrates with Saleforce.

Cons

I least dislike that the tool takes awhile to integrate contacts within salesforce. A lot of clunky integration when you email from gmail and a lot of manual tasks after that.

These people are vultures. Holy heck they are one of the least customer friendly companies I've ever interacted with. The Comcast of sales tools... We bought SalesLoft for a year and told them we didn't want to renew. They billed us anyways. We asked for a refund, and they said one could not be provided. I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company in order to finally get a refund. We asked if we could get our data exported, and of course they said they aren't able to do that. We asked if we can trial the product (since we hired a new sales person) in order to access our data, and they said they don't offer trials. They have a minimum of 2 seats even though we only have 1 salesperson. Honestly these guys couldn't care less about their customers or doing anything friendly at all, they're basically the worst company I've interacted with in recent history.

Pros

The product works for the most part, it gets the job done. Most of the problems with this company are with their extreme customer unfriendliness, not the product itself.

Cons

The software was average - it's pretty lame that you have to pay a high price for something that is available for free in other platforms like HubSpot. The main negative about working with this company is the people and experience you get talking to them, and their aggressive customer-unfriendly policies, not the software itself.

Overall it's been a wildly positive experience. It's drastically increased our efficiency and helped us bring in a significant amount of revenue

Pros

Salesloft is a staple in our business development initiatives. The platform makes it easy to organize your outreach efforts while continuously optimizing your methods. It truly helps us optimize efficiency for thhe sales team

Cons

There are very few things to dislike about the software. We had a challenge where we were unable to track the performance of custom dispositions and sentiments on calls. Although the default dispositions are sufficient for tracking.

In general, the experience has been good, I can create several types of cadence, whether events, inbound, outbound, ABM. It is possible to create personalized and massive campaigns in the same tool.

Pros

Ease of use, functionalities, analytical resources, possibility of creating massive campaigns

Cons

Limitation of up to 500 e-mails sent per day, does not allow you to delete a cadence, just archive it.

The cadences have made my job so much better, more efficient and keeps me organized. Also, I choose the tasks I want and when, keeps ALL contacts in outreach with little chance to fall through the cracks. Also, tagging is very important to me and very easy. Being able to manage contacts in a mass way is a huge time saver and another one of my favorite features and I use it ALL of the time.

Pros

I love almost everything about Salesloft. It is very user friendly, I like the three columns and being able to scroll down one side and still be able to see the other columns. My favorite feature would be the cadences! VERY easy to create and manage, keeps me very organized, which is crucial to me.

Cons

Only real complaint is once a task is completed then that contact goes away and there is not (too my knowledge anyway) a way to pull up like most recent contacts etc.

Overall Salesloft has made me more efficient and organized at work. Even though we frequently run into issues, I couldn't imagine my job without it.

Pros

Salesloft is the main reason I'm still in a sales position. Before the system, I was leaving over 70 of the same voicemails a day and had to manually track my cadence progress which was messy and unorganized. Salesloft has completely transformed my work style for the better and has lead to multiple successes in my career. I am much more efficient, organized, and happy than I was prior to Salesloft.

Cons

I'd say Salesloft runs great 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time my co-workers and I frequently run into issues where the system doesn't function properly. The most common issue I run into is when the entire program becomes unresponsive leading me to uninstalling and reinstalling the extension and even then it sometimes doesn't fix it. Another frequent issue I run into is when Salesloft doesn't record or log my calls for the day. I've had calls that were never logged and also calls where it took over a day to show up.
