more targeted campaign outreach and automated cadences are extremely helpful.

Pros

I loved that you can create multiple campaigns and put folks in and out of them. Also, the capability to dial out directly is extremely useful as well. Another thing is the tracking capabilities were perfect. Overall, useful tool

Cons

It really only syncs with Salesforce. Using it in a startup format is tricky because Salesforce doesn't really meet our needs, but other then that, great tool.

Your support team needs some work. They basically just say "well it should be working so it must be your machine"

Pros

helps me stay organized and be way more productive in managing my pipeline.

Cons

nothing works like it should. The Gmail add on never works. The salesforce integration is sooo glitchy and i have to refresh SF constantly to get it to work. Click-to-dial is a joke. We were promised a mobile app that allowed texting by the end of march and it STILL isn't available.

Salesloft has allowed my team to stay organized on outbound leads and has also assured that we don't allow any leads to die from not following up. I would recommend this software to any company with the goal of driving sales.

Pros

I liked the ability to couch my employees on calls live. It took a little getting used to for them but the ability to hear mistakes in real time allowed me to shorten the time on correcting these mistakes.

Cons

It was a little tricky to integrate with SalesForce but after we solved that bug it has been a dream.

Very intuitive. I use it mostly for sequencing prospects. Like the A/B test feature. Sequence performance tracking.

Cons

Integration with Hubspot isn't great. Nothing else to add!

Pros

I really enjoy being able to set up communication with clients through this with ease! Being able to track messages and their perception is huge!

Cons

I dislike that contacts tend to get intertwined. It also gets a little slow once doing a number of things but nothing that's too had!

Cons

The fact that the minimum number of seats on the contract is 5, there are companies that would love this if they offered an a-la-carte, self-implementation option for any number of users.

Pros

This software integrates extremely well with Google products as well as with SalesForce. It is a great tool for tracking progression and cadences. It also provides internal communication between users of the same company.

Cons

I had no issues with this software and would recommend it to anyone working with or related to sales for a company.

I'm enjoying it! I think it's a great platform that can use a little work, but it's great. I really like that it's not HTML email style so my team can make it look like their own.

Pros

I like how easy it was to teach the individual users how to use the platform. It's easy for me to set up cadences and get them ready for my team.

Cons

Personal fields, account fields, etc. I would like to make it easier to create fields and customize them. Also, it's hard to get answers from customer service. Like it'd be nice for users to have a chat area.

Pros

There are a lot of features that help our sales team with their prospecting activities. CrystalKnows is pretty scary how accurate it is. Cadence also allows our team to seamlessly create repeatable processes. Support has also been exceptional.

Cons

We've had some issues with customization. In particular, some of our users wanted to personalize the font and look of their outbound emails. We had to work with their support team but we're still limited to a default font for the entire team.

Although there are bugs, they are very friendly and willing to help when anything goes wrong.

Pros

It is very easy to quickly send out mass, personalized emails to prospects, within minutes.

Cons

There are often bugs which prevent you from accurately seeing how many times a prospect has viewed or clicked on a particular email

Pros

The native integration with SalesForce is incredibly helpful and makes onboarding and getting started very easy.

Cons

Took some time for the sales reps to start using it to its fullest but once they have, they've seen great returns.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Great sales support. Solid feature set and some sophisticated dynamic functionality we're just getting started with.

Pros

Very easy to set up individual or team templates and cadences. Good dynamic content and personalisation options.

Cons

Managing unsubscribes between systems is not always easy. Sometimes individual sales people clone templates and cadences making it difficult to aggregate results.

It gave us the power to customize and optimize our sales team's work flows at a very finely-tuned level of customization and detail.

Pros

It simply combines the most functionality with the best user experience available. I was part of the team that shopped for this kind of software solution for our company and was the primary implementer. During our trial, customer support was extremely responsive and helpful. SalesLoft's cadence functionality and robust API integration made it possible for us to accomplish virtually anything we could think of in regard to streamlining the workflows of our sales team.

Cons

If I had to gripe about the minor things, I'd wish for more customization options when it comes to page layouts. I imagine that that's something that users can look for down the road, though.

Feature which I like the most : 1. You can re-use successful templates from other team members 2. Integration with Slack so that everyone is sales team is on same page 3. Easy follow up process with my leads 4. User friendly

Cons

It crashes sometime and needs to be refreshed which gets frustrating at times

I love that I can do all kinds of management with loft. The integrations into my browser is excellent, as well as my Salesforce integration.

Cons

Sometimes loft doesn't tell me when an email has been sent, or will double send. It moves slow and times out.

Customer service during implementation has been great.

Pros

Links easily to Salesforce, simple for sales users to log calls, manage deals, work with cadences, and have data flow into Salesforce CRM.

Cons

There are a few things that don't link to Salesforce in the best way - for example, opportunity splits, which are a standard Salesforce object, are not able to be viewed in SalesLoft.

Pros

SalesLoft made it so much easier to set up goals and help our sales team execute correctly. It really walks new reps through all the stages needed to get a customer, and keep them.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is I wish there was a more intuitive visual into how each account it performing, and for each rep.

It's an awesome company and great tool, most features and functions are simple and easy to learn but there are must address nuances regarding integrations and imports.

Pros

It is a great tool to reach out to customers and create automation into your CRM.

Cons

Importing contacts into the system and making sure that the contacts are linked into your CRM can be a bit of an initial pain.

After you get used to it, the experience improves. For the price it’s a good tool.

Pros

It’s nicely integrated with Salesforce, and your email. It allows you to manage your multichannel approaches from one platform (it also integrates with Sales navigator)

Cons

It lacks the possibility of AB test cadences in an automatic way. The daily dashboard it’s a bit messy and takes some time to adapt to it.

My overall experience with SalesLoft is ok but not great.

Pros

I like that we are able to send to multiple emails at one time. I also love that it tracks what was sent, when it was sent, and can even help show you next steps.

Cons

This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues. Sometimes it will un-sync its self from my email, run slow, not load, etc...

SalesLoft makes it easy to remain on task and replicate successful cadences for closing sales. The tool allows you to organize each day in a way that makes sense and maximizes productivity.

Cons

There's not too much out of the box to get started, so the success is going to hinder on how successful your processes already are.

SalesLoft promised us a full integration with hubspot and it does not work. The information does not easily flow and it causes us to pull reports from each. It is a mess

I like salesloft's cadence creation and its ease of use.

Cons

I dislike the reporting aspect, and the data transfer.

I thin it is a good tool if utilized properly. Management needs to establish some generic cadence's that can be accessed by the team efficiently.

Pros

The ability to set up a drip campaign as an individual. No need to have to wait for marketing to craft the email and set up the cadence.

Cons

When we used it, we had several issues that affected our workflows and the sales team lost interest in it.
