Cons

Support can be a little slow. Lacking some advanced options on automation rules.

Pros

It allows our reps to stay on track and not get behind with their outreach. Also able to record calls and help coach along the way.

Cons

It only relates to our business but the company attached to the name is never accurate. We spoke with SalesLoft and it's because we have multiple contacts under the same email domain. A very small Con and not really an issue. Great product!

### "Great Functionality but sometimes the Chrome extension breaks things"

Pros

It is really a powerful tool for building cadences and seeing how people are engaging with what you are sending.

Cons

Sometimes the Chrome extension breaks other applications. This is not good when doing live demos. I have learned to turn the extension off before showing a demo of our application.

This system has automated a lot of tasks that I would typically spend good portions of my time on which has really allowed me to convert more leads into sales opportunities.

Pros

I love that through this software I can have automated emails sent out to my new leads that come in over night as request info. This leads to me having solid appointments booked on my calendar before I even get into the office.

Cons

The only issue I have had is with some leads not going into the correct cadence automatically, this can be fixed very easily but sometimes it can take a small amount of extra time. We are a relatively new client however so most of these issues are a product of getting everything tweaked to our preferences.

Pros

One of my favorite parts about Salesloft is the team behind the software. The product was built to help sales professionals and the organization reflects that vision.

Cons

The only thing that I do not necessarily like is when I have to remove a prospect from the cadence but am not prompted to explain why.

Speed

Pros

I love how quick you can move through the software and make all of your outreach happen so much faster. I don't know what I did before this.

Cons

It does have glitches but they move fast to correct them which is all you can really ask. I do wish the emails where giving feedback.

The best part about this software is that I can see who has read my emails and allows me to stay on top of tasks in my pipeline

Cons

My least favorite feature of this software is the templates. When you enter an email template, you cannot customize it or the layout will go insane.

The experience has been good, the UI is pretty well organised and hence the ease of use.

Pros

Ease of automation in sending the mail. It's very easy to automate cadences and track the different metrics.

Cons

It's difficult to integrate videos in the mail. Then, being an email automation tool, it should have a place for suggesting mail body, mail subject, etc due to the vast amount of data they have. They say it's easy to integrate with Salesforce but what happens is you end up going in loops.

Overall I had a good experience with Salesloft, but it was not great.

Pros

It allows to automate email outreach, as well as schedule calls and other tasks. easy to add people to cadence from Salesforce

Cons

There are not mass updating tools, or ways to weed out unqualified leads. There is no way to prioritize tasks.

If you're sending hundreds of similar mails to leads, SalesLoft is a very good solution for it. Once we cut down on the outbound, if was a bit too expensive for our needs.

Pros

Easy to set up mail templates, nice options for mail sequencing and timing, group planning.

Cons

Personalization could be a little complicated.

The support! The person that onboarded us will not answer any questions, and is just directing us to someone else. The question was eventually answered.

The click-to-call feature and prospecting Cadences help to speed up and organize the prospecting and reach out process.

Pros

SalesLoft is a great tool for structuring your contact prospecting process through phone and e-mail reach out. It connects well with Salesforce to allow importing of the contact list and allows you to work out of Salesforce as well. SalesLoft's Cadences help you to organize contact and prospecting to keep your campaign timely.

Cons

The importing and exporting of contacts can be a bit clunky as times and could have easier and more options to organize contacts and data.

Pros

It is nice having a place where all of the emails live and can import them.

Cons

Salesloft breaks down way more than it should. There always issues with it and it lowers productivity.

Quick and easy to use. Simplified workflow and constant feature releases

Pros

Simplified communication with clients and ensuring that things are sent out on time. A lot of new features are released on a rolling basis and have made some great strides in the past few months.

Cons

Still some features missing. The workflow is still a little messy some simple improvements could be made and the system would be a 10/10

Pros

email sequences are decent, calls work reliably. The workflow is good

Cons

Sequences workflow is not easy or intuitive to setup. Calling has one workflow. If its 2pm PST and i just want to call East coast, I have to click into EACH SEQUENCE to see if I have any. If you have targeted cadences you have many cadences and this is not ideal. I need more flexibility in HOW I target my cadences.

Pros

Making and running cadences and creating lists with my lead pipeline based on criteria that is similar. I choose a ton of leads based on region and add them into a cadence that makes sure I call or e-mail them frequently.

Cons

Integration between Salesforce is buggy and the stage changing over doesn't always update to salesforce so I have to work between both and manually adjust. Also if a meeting gets booked it won't update and create an event is salesforce I have to add that in myself.
