Pros

I think they were headed in the right direction with the product. There were some pros, including: -Listening to calls -Email open notifications -Support was quite helpful

Cons

A few product recommendations that Product should explore: -Better reporting in the backend for calls, call details, breakdown of time spent talking etc. -Better call transcription -- it was not very comprehensive. -UI / UX improvements to the backend, including user friendliness.

Pros

I'm in the late stages of implementing SalesLoft for my organization and it's been a smooth ride so far. I have no complaints about how the implementation process has gone, and the team has been great about taking our feedback already when it comes to the product.

Cons

I don't like that you can't work with Salesforce Campaigns in SalesLoft. If I could automate based off of those it would make my life much easier.

Overall I had a great experience, easy to track previous touches with a contact, great dialer, and pretty good with cadences. It even keeps track of the metrics for each cadence. Such as the number of click, replies...

Pros

From my side, most of my use is for sending cadences and calling clients through the dialer. I like that we can combine a few software we had before in only one

Cons

It took me some time to figure out how to create and send a cadence and importing a list of contacts.

Pros

The metrics are really easy to spot for managers and the UI is great for reps. The team has been very accommodating, both in the sales process and customer support.

Cons

Outside of their control, but the tool functioned better with the prospector integration with Outreach.

Overall I like it better than Outreach but not too different.

Pros

Easy to view all active cadences, pending tasks and reminders. The live call listening feature is great too.

Cons

When you call out to prospects your phone number is listed as spam or telemarketing, which is very unfortunate. Also, I wish you could text from it.

Contact more leads without them thinking they've been blasted or put in some kind of que. Gives me time to prospect effectively and consistently, do more with less.

Pros

You can preview emails before they send; ability to approve/edit before mass sending or just mass send them. I love the ease it is to edit each email before they are sent to personalize it a bit more, but still leverage the speed of using templates.

Cons

It is a little hard to move contacts around between steps or to make changes to a cadence. After you know what to do it's not bad, but it's not a very intuitive platform, you need a little guidance.

This software doubles my activity while keeping everything better organized. It also integrates with Salesforce campaigns which makes my life much easier every day.

Pros

This software really allows you to boost your activity while making things much more organized in your sales funnel. Voicemail templates and email templates make sure you are always on your game. It also integrates great with Salesforce.

Cons

It was a little tricky getting used to this software at first but learned quickly. It can be a big change in using templates for emails instead of free writing all the time.

I think sometimes it does so much it's hard to understand where to go. However, their customer success team is phenomenal. Support is great.

This software allows email marketers to reach a wide audience due to bounce rate leniency. We are able to attempt to communicate to more prospects than with Pardot.

Cons

It is hard to review a email campaign schedule once set up. It is difficult to reassign leads if there was a mistake in importing.

Pros

I love that I can see when people open my emails. Shows me which are effective and which arent. I can also add cadences/

Cons

We only have the ability to send out 150 emails per day and sometimes I need more. I will run out and not have any till the next day.

Pros

SalesLoft is a very powerful way to reach out to a large amount of contacts in a scalable fashion. The tool itself is pretty simple to use and intuitive - nothing too fancy, which is a good thing. This makes it easy and quick to train others on using it. The capabilities are also great, so emails and calls can be scheduled without much effort. There's also some other nice features like email editor, analytics, recording, etc.

Cons

Nothing to dislike. It really does exactly what we need.

Cons

Unfortunately, it takes a long time to send out large batches and the tracking pings don't always make sense.

The work to get done and when is very clear. It is not a software that takes a lot to figure out how to use,

Cons

The advanced settings are somewhat buried and not exactly clear on how each feature works. Yes there is a calendar but where do I access it and is there an email sent or a location in the software that has to be watched?

Pros

It is a great tool to track and record calls and emails. My favorite features include the snippet tool where it saves a portion of text that you often use in your emails. Cadences also help to reach multiple contacts in one click and stay organized with your outreach.

Cons

Great tool, but could use some tweaking. Often have to restart my computer multiple times a day for this tool to work properly.

SalesLoft helps me stay on top of that outreach, answer common questions, and help me figure out what messages are working and aren't so I can tweak my templates to get the best feedback. I also love how it lets me know if someone in our company has already been talking to a lead so I can remove them from my workflow without looking like a complete chump.

Easy to use, love the email tracking, good customer support.

Pros

Email tracking was my fav feature and seemed reliable. I've used sev email tracking apps in the past and they are very unreliable, from mailtag to mailtracker to everything in between. Templates easy to use as well. Easy to navigate.

Cons

Easier to log calls manually instead of through salesloft. Also, no integration to hubspot and my company just switched from salesforce to hubspot.

Pros

We are new users of the software and from learning about the capabilities it is a new world from what we were able to do with just Salesforce alone.

Cons

I cannot speak to the cons yet as I would like to use it for another few months; however, it is amazing if you are an SDR like I am.
