Business users are generally happy. Despite the migration hitches and hurdles, the application is in steady usage. Pros We have two distinct business areas using this tool (via partition). Each is satisfied with the tool. As an application support admin, I too have found the tool very easy and seamless to support. There are few if any complications to deal with. Cons Perhaps less specific to the application itself, is support from the vendor. We recently migrated from on premise to cloud and there were more than a few hitches that we had to deal with. Nothing to be considered showstoppers but nuisances nonetheless. Pros We have used Reconnet for many years now and it's never failed us. Their support is also really great if you ever need them. Cons If you forget to purge old data over time the software will get very slow.
