Simple and user friendly and I really like their customer service, they are always willing to help.

Once in a while there is a glitch but other than that it's good.

Pros

I like that everything can be edited, from the name of the trip, the time, the max capacity, the price - seems like nothing is set in stone and can be easily changed, which is crucial to our line of work.

Cons

The mobile app seems clunky and does not work as well as the web based.
