Pros: Almost everything I can think of for your translation business and accounting needs is there at just one or two clicks. I love the customizable Dashboard, where I can view at a glance my pending jobs and invoices, monthly business graphs, text notes and more information. A separate Reports section contains pre-made ledger reports, client balances and many other ways to get insight into your business progress, plus the possibility to create your own.
Another feature I really enjoy is the ease of use: you can add on the fly almost any kind of data you forgot to include in your settings or your initial database. For example, when registering a job sent by that new PM you have just e-met, there is no need to go to your contact list to add that person, because you can just insert their basic contact data directly through the job form.
BaccS can import data from Excel and from other popular management and CAT tools; exporting is also available for every collection of data to many different formats, including XLSX, so you are never locked in.
Best of all, the support is first-class. I have not found such a kind and diligent assistance ever in my 15-year professional life.

Cons: The desktop version is Windows-only. Having used it for four months, that is the only con I can think of.

Cons: Haven't spotted yet

Overall: The software is great and keeps going better. The customer service is perfect. The developer immediately answer all your questions and is eager to help or even implement your suggestions. This is what I was looking for since the beginning of my career.
