“Reliable Remote software.”

OverallIt does what it can do which is to get remote support and clients connected.
ProsCan be up and running in a few minutes to connect with users. User's connected with ease and simplicity.
ConsVery pricey, not worth all the money unless you don't care. They can do much more for the money you waste on this product. I just can't see myself paying so much for something that doesn't have that much to offer.

“Excellent Remote Access”

Pros LogMeIn is easy to install and easy to connect with your computer. I love that you are literally working on YOUR computer, as if you were sitting in front of your keyboard and screen.
ConsSometimes there seems to be a lag-time and it runs slower than usual which can make working remotely a inefficient. However, this only happens from time to time and usually I find Logmein to be really effective software.

“A good rescue product with customer service issues”

ProsThis product has helped us be able to provide rescue sessions while providing API support and mobile support which is extremely helpful.
ConsThe only major issue that I have with this product isn't even with the product, it is with the customer support that assists whenever an issue comes up. Being escalated to different tiers of support until you are able to get to the person who can actually help you.

OverallWith a software that is so powerful, it is hard to find one thing that you least like about it. The software is Great!
