I would use it again for personal or work. Pros I like that I could customize the event page and not have to stick with one color or theme. Cons I didn't have a dislike, it did the job. Pros The program created a nice looking design for the event I was hosting, but ending the automatically enrolled subscription has been a nightmare. Blackbird continues billing me monthly, despite my not using their services and indicating repeatedly in writing that I no longer wished to be enrolled in their services. Cons For small business owners, time is money. We look for options that save us time. Although the RSVP/event feature worked well for me, the time I have spent trying to resolve faulty billing issues with Blackbird, completely takes away from any benefit I may have gained in using their service. Pros Can RSVP and send payment Can change font color and background color Cons 1) I sent myself a test invite and the invite arrived blank. The event title and the RSVP button were missing. 2) Says I can send invites for free but they asked me for my credit card information without explaining why they were charging my credit card. 3) There are 12 background images to choose from and none represented my event. All backgrounds the same regardless of what type of event you choose: birthday, wedding, holiday, etc. 4) The invite ends up looking ugly. 5) I have clicked the publish button several times and it will not publish even though I confirmed my email address as required. 6) The website is in English, but there is a paragraph at the bottom of the page in a different language. I was able to quickly set up an event RSVP page, invitations, upload an invite list and go! Pros The template is customizable enough without giving too many options. The menus to create and manage the RSVP's is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Overall, smooth and fast. Cons You can't customize the email invites. It has a default template that isn't especially visually strong when compared to the RSVP landing page.
