While many Wordpress tools rely on categorization inside of Wordpress to target at the page or category level, Wisepops can be deployed (or not deployed) by URL string. Cons There are minor design tweaks that are difficult to make inside of Wisepops. There are also times when Wisepops popups don't fit neatly into my Wordpress theme.
