Great for rapid responses, for example during the early stages of the pandemic. Pros Lovely, joyful, vibrant experience for deliverying modern-style learning bites and corporate comms without the stuffy, boring old experience typical of LMS systems. Very easy to set up playlists in response to urgent requirements. Cons Reporting is basic but adequate, requiring results to be exported to a secondary tool for more advanced visualisation and recording. Review Source ST Steve T. Pros The platform is easy-to-use and very practical. But what I like the most about 5app is how approachable and friendly everybody is - account manager, product manager,... They make sure you're given all the right tools to be successful. They make you feel like you're their one and only client - very special! They take time to answer all the questions and are reactive to resolve any issues we would encounter. Cons Their platform is a work-in-progress and they develop features almost every month. There is nothing I dislike, I share my opinion about what I think could improve and I know I am listened to. August 11, 2021 5.0 Enagement with our business communications, learning and collaboration is at an all time high in our business and a lot of that is due to the digital hub. It has enabled us to share information, communication and knowledge partcuarly during the last 18 months when we couldnt be together to ensure everyone was kept us to date and had what the needed when the needed it. Pros The digital hub has changed the way we communicate and engage in our business. Our employees love it and so do our clients! The platform is easy to use as a learner and administrator and there are new features being added all the time. We regularly get to share our ideas about future developments for the product. The 5app team are great, and help set up and integration of the platforms in such a simple way. Cons More social interaction would be great, there is more of this coming on the roadmap. The overall experience is that we know 5app well enough to trust the platform with this venture. and the team are great to work with. Pros There are a few features that really stand out about 5app. Firstly its simplicity - it is not easy to create a web platform that feels simple and intuitive and 5 app have achieved this. Its hugely important in learning because the student is seeking clarity and a frictionless experience which 5 app delivers. Secondly administering the platform is extremely easy and very fast. There is no user manual that I am aware of because it is so easy to use. Thirdly for our Lightbulb venture in India, where students are in the 16-18 year group, it is vital that their experience feels like the rest of their online life and matches the quality of where they look for content, and 5 app certainly matched their expectations. Cons There are always things to be improved on everything - we are interested in automated certification in particular. apart from that there are no negatives. Initially as an onboarding tool, I was able to meet my team, explore the office and understand a little bit more about the business before my first day. Fast forward three years and the Hub is my go-to for learning about business updates, exploring learning content, and everything social. 5app also continues to be a great tool to support me with hybrid working and learning. Cons I think introducing more social elements onto the platform would be good. You can currently add comments on assets/resources but being able to have dedicated chat dashboard would be really beneficial to be able to share feedback and connect with others around the business.
