Pros I really like the platform and what it can do.Due to its relative youth in comparison to other platforms, it currently lacks a few functions, but Bookmark continually priorities and adds new functionality.This will likely rank among the best website builders in a few months. Cons I haven't yet encountered any drawbacks that I can mention. The service has pleased me, and I would suggest it to anyone. It's not to hard to use, but some features can give you trouble when using them. Pros I like the drag and drop feature, it does make things really easy. Even though you can't really create your own layout from scratch, you are able to quickly create a design that works in a short period of time. Cons Some features were giving me trouble like; the blog function. This is big for out company because through our monthly subscription you get to visit our blog page and get tips and lessons, but with this giving us such a time we weren't always able to have this feature up to date or to our liking. Pros Aida, the AI sure builder takes hours out of the design process, giving you several options in just a few minutes. Once built, the websites are really fast which I love. Customer support has always been super helpful. Cons When changing a design on a section, you lose the text you've entered. Also, if you copy a section and paste, you'll actually overwrite the section unless you copy, add a section, then paste. However, Moneris almost killed our start up until we moved to another platform hastily. Pros I liked the customer support staff at Bookmark. Cons We run an online business that heavily relies on social media to direct traffic to our store. When customer went to our store they were blocked from paying and told their payment was declined. When we investigated further we found that Moneris was flagging them as fraud from our social media account. We lost sales and customer confidence in us due to the issue. When I called Moneris (on a number of occasions) I was told they would put in a ticket but couldnt give me a timeline to fix. This went on for a few weeks. We lost dozens of sales due to the issue and Moneris didnt seem to think it was an urgent matter.
