Pros: - increasing lead generation and sales
- proactively engage with website visitors
- great Analytic with Piwik, even better than google analytic
- finding where visitors come from, how long they stay, if they are new or returning visitors, setting goals for your website
- finding the result of your digital marketing strategy
- integrated with WP, Joomla, nopCommerce, Magento and OpenCart.

Cons: - I had some difficulties in the start to find out how to install it but the guides and video as well as the support helped.

Overall: Hi
We're using this product for 2 months now and it has increased our lead generation and sales and to find out what's going on on our website, who is visiting, where do they come from, where do they stop and you can catch the visitor proactively and ask them if they need any assistance which speeds up the process of decision or awareness.

Recommendations to other buyers: - I would recommend to the Universal Chat team to keep going their good job and enhance the product.

Pros: Useful and free and reasonably priced for the extended version.

Cons: It is still a bit complicated to set up.

Overall: I subscribed the service for test, and I had trouble getting it to work, when I sent an email to the customer service I had an immediate reaction with problems resolved.

Recommendations to other buyers: Internationalization is missing !
