Cons Templates can be a little finicky to edit to match your brand colors. It does take some time to play around and design. Paperform is the secret to my business's success. We use the form for both internal use among our contractors and external customer-facing use. A lot of automation is tied to the form as well. Paperform + Zapier is the cheat code my business uses. Cons My only issue is that I can only attach just one file when sending an email after submitting the form. The team at Paperform have always been super friendly, responsive, quick, polite, and a joy to interact with. I can't say enough good things about them. And well, of course their product is also amazing so that helps! Pros I love how flexible their forms are, how easy they are to create and how friendly they are for our users. They allow pre-filling, conditional display, answer piping, etc. It integrates with anything you can think of. Direct integration with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, Monday, multiple ESPs, can output PDFs, collect signatures, collect payment (stripe and paypal), manage bookings, and if that was not enough it can also output webhooks. The few times I've contacted support they've been quick, friendly, and decisive. We have an agency account and collect thousands of submissions daily on behalf of our clients. I've been a very happy customer for several years and love how quickly they innovate and how reliable the product is. Cons This is kinda nitpicking but I'd love to be able to customize the webhook output so I didn't have to rely on an in-between app (n8n in my case) before piping answers to other platforms like Ontraport. The builder is easy enough that I didn’t have to Google anything (a miracle), and the team is genuinely lovely. Always happy to help, even when I’m being a bit useless. It’s made me look like an absolute pro to my clients, and even better, it’s helped them impress their own clients. Bit of a win-win, really. Pros Paperform is incredibly easy to use - super intuitive, even the AI form builder feels like it's reading my mind (in a good way). I’ve never had a single issue with submissions, and the spam filtering actually does its job...no more dodgy SEO pitches clogging things up. For the price, it’s a bit of a steal. I’ve got loads of clients on it and never once hit a “no more submissions” limit. Cons Genuinely, there’s not much to whinge about. Everything just works. The interface is clean, the features actually do what they say they will, and if anything goes a bit sideways, the support team are straight on it. I’ve used a fair few form builders over the years, and most come with a bit of baggage—glitches, clunky layouts, or features that feel like they were added for show. Paperform’s refreshingly free of all that. If I had to nitpick, I suppose I could say I haven’t explored every single feature yet… but that’s more of a me problem. Caldera Forms, which eventually became Ninja Forms, always felt clunky and gave me constant grief with SendGrid. Some submissions wouldn’t even go through, which is a bit of a nightmare when clients are relying on it. Cognito wasn’t much better. The interface looked outdated and awkward to use, and the email filtering barely worked. Most of the time it just didn’t. Compared to all that, Paperform has been a breath of fresh air. Since I started using Paperform years ago, I've had zero downtime—100% uptime has made my workflow seamless. This solid product has truly transformed the way I operate, and I can’t recommend it enough! If you want a tool that keeps getting better while providing amazing support, Paperform is the way to go! Pros I can't say enough about the customer support including Dean and Diony. The owners still connect with the clients even for how big they are now. Diony still answers emails. Their product is ROCK SOLID and very feature rich. Hands down the best form processor that I use Cons Nothing that I can think of. I would like to have the best package for paperform.co but I cannot justify the cost. Trust me, I will bet it is worth every penny but the version I use works well for me and although there are some things like custom HTML and such that I don't have everything works 100% with no downtime that I can remember in 9 years.
