Pros This program is basic usefull and functional. You can do everything.Program you want to how does work, report, list,chart exc.is possible.Also other avantage program works online.Every time,you see instant datas.We use suggestion and survey modul without performance evaluation system.About 1 year we use this program, in my opinion this program best direction individual and basic usefull. Cons I dont agree negative direction.Because if you want to desire,program can shape from founder companies.
