Which is to have open feedback from the members in one text. Also, you can't attach pics from your phone to the text group. **Pros:** What I like most about Clearstream is I am able to add all our members phone numbers to send one group message. **Cons:** That members cannot text back to the group. When a text goes out from the administrator the members are not able to respond. Vendor Response By Clearstream on March 18, 2026 Hi Barbara, thanks for leaving us a review. Members who receive your texts can respond back, but their responses will go only to you and your Clearstream users. There won't be group threads where members all see each other's replies. We built it this way specifically to avoid the large group threads, but I can definitely see a need for that as well! Our team is working on adding picture messaging to our mobile app, so stay tuned! Customer support team is easy to communicate with. Product works exactly as I expected it to. Would 100% recommend. **Pros:** Clearstream is simple and easy to use. Their customer support is unbeatable. Integrates seamlessly with our church management system. It's been a great communication tool for keeping our church informed and up to date. **Cons:** To be honest, I have yet to find anything that I don't like about Clearstream.
