### "Great tool for our small church."

Great! Customer service has been helpful and the platform is easy to use. Thank you for allowing us a trial to see if this is something we will continue.

Pros

This service has allowed improved communication from the staff to members. Before Clearstream, we used group texting which was limiting and many members were frustrated by the group replies. This has really improved our ability to get info out in a timely manner.

Cons

Pricing is a concern for our small church. We are on the smallest plan but still don't use all of the credits.

Easy to import data and work with the information and texting platform. Overall, an awesome experience so far.

Pros

Easy to quickly send out texts. You’re gonna organizational structure throughout the different areas of use are very good.

Cons

A small learning curve. Which sometimes can be a little frustrating, but with digging and Support easy to overcome. All in all A+.

### "Product Review"

Somewhat positive because the product provides a basic texting service that is designed to increase communication between the church and attendees.

Pros

It is another way to reach members and visitors. I prefer the capabilities to communicate back and forth with the person.

Cons

I cannot see the person's response to me and establish a two-way communication with them. Additionally, there are still some features that I do not know or understand how to use the feature if it is available.

Positive experience. A very useful communication and marketing tool. The service is easy to use and the webpage is intuitive that provide helpful information.

Pros

A fast, effective, and convenient way to communicate with our Church membership and prospective members.

Cons

Nothing really, we are satisfied with your service. Our church has benefited from the service. Our attendance has improved.

### "Thankful for Clearstream"

We are so thankful for a way to communicate with our volunteers and Church Family outside of Facebook.

Pros

Very easy to use! Key words are so helpful to add people to a subscriber list. The subscriber lists make weekly text communication with volunteers a breeze. I also love the NOTE feature on texts so I can give all the details for serving.

Cons

The only concern we've had is our messages going to people's spam. We know that this was an issue on our end and that in initial communication we should have alerted folks to the number in which it would be coming from. This has been resolved.

### "A System Good for Sending Out Notifications"

3 1/2 out of 4 stars. We use Clearstream to send out information to our church, groups, and group leaders. It has been very successful in that regard.

Pros

Clearstream is easy to use and easy to track all communications. It syncs with our Management System, and every time we’ve had an issue, Clearstream CS has been quick to help.

Cons

Some of our members have multiple phone numbers. So we have to designate which number to use ourselves, instead of Clearstream just using the first number given.

Positive! They have been so helpful, answering all my questions and providing assistance when needed.

Pros

I love how easy it is to communicate in various ways. We can text all the parents of our campers, or send just one text to someone to let them know we are praying for them. It has been a great tool to help us care for people!

Cons

Nothing! It has been a valuable tool. We are able to text more people in less time, and respond personally to each individual.

Pros

The cost - It’s a great value for our church. Also, The training video helped us easily use it right away.

Cons

At this time, all my expectations have been met. As we use the app more extensively, we may encounter a problem.

Pros

I appreciate the value of being able to both email and text from a single, unified platform. One of the features I especially enjoy is the ability to send texts from my existing personal business number. This has been a game-changer for maintaining brand recognition and consistency, allowing my partners to immediately recognize who I am while preserving the integrity of my ministry’s identity. What I like least about Clearstream: The inability for unused credits to roll over into the next month’s cycle. As a ministry, our communication needs often fluctuate, and having the option to carry over unused credits would add flexibility and maximize the value of the service. A rollover feature—even with a cap or limited window—would be a welcomed improvement.

I would have given it a 4 but it is not letting me do what I want to do. Which is to have open feedback from the members in one text. Also, you can't attach pics from your phone to the text group.

Pros

What I like most about Clearstream is I am able to add all our members phone numbers to send one group message.

Cons

That members cannot text back to the group. When a text goes out from the administrator the members are not able to respond.

Hi Barbara, thanks for leaving us a review. Members who receive your texts can respond back, but their responses will go only to you and your Clearstream users. There won't be group threads where members all see each other's replies. We built it this way specifically to avoid the large group threads, but I can definitely see a need for that as well! Our team is working on adding picture messaging to our mobile app, so stay tuned!

So far so good! If we can get better adoption of the system, then maybe we'd be willing to pay the extra price for the 5-digit text code. It is a change for our church, so I am hopeful that over the next 3 months, people will begin to catch on.

Pros

The software is very easy to use, and it is very intuitive. Also, the integration with our existing CCB software is very simple to setup and it is running correctly on its own.

Cons

We have not yet used the email functionality on a mass scale, which I'm anxious to try. It would be nice to have the 5-digit number, without having to pay the extra fees.

I am a big fan of Clearstream. Our church is a church plant that needed a way of streamlining communication without using an incredibly repetitive email format. By sending texts, we are able to keep communication short, clear, and get the main point of every message across easily.

Pros

I really appreciated how easy the system was to use. We were able to get our church's database uploaded easily and started sending messages out right away. It has streamlined communication for us in a major way!

Cons

I haven't found anything to really dislike at this point. We've had Clearstream for a couple months and are still playing with it, but have had a positive experience to this point.

Our overall experience has been great. The customer service is responsive and helpful. I also love that there’s a commitment to continuous improvement for the service.

Pros

Implementing Clearstream that my church has transformed the way we communicate. I love being able to place people into distinct groups and send targeted messaging as well as the automated workflow before weekly reminders like Bible study and fellowship group meetings.

Cons

I wish you could build HTML emails directly into clear stream without having to copy HTML code from another source.

### "Simply Connecting the Masses"

This has been a great experience with being able to text any questions I had to support. The learning curve has been minimal and I have recommended to numerous pastoral friends. I like having the option to scale my monthly plan and only being locked in for that month as well. Being able to text people back has really unified our congregation.

Pros

I have enjoyed the simplicity of the dashboard and connecting my departments so easily. I send out to individuals, departments, and my full database...love it!

Cons

I haven't found anything I was disappointed in yet.

Our overall experience with Clearstream has been excellent! This staff is friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my setup questions within minutes!

Pros

Their customer service is amazing and replies very quickly! It was super easy to get started and begin communicating with our church family quickly!

Cons

The only feature I would love for them to add is if the administrator could have one inbox to check all the phone numbers, so I didn’t have to go into each sub account individually to check the inboxes.

It has been great! Would highly recommend Clearstream! It has been a game-changer when connecting with our families!

Pros

It is simple and easy to use. The payment plan is very affordable. The online training videos are invaluable. I have reached out to customer service as I was getting set up, and they were terrific! Went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Cons

A few more rollover prompts when working inside the program would be helpful. Things are not always intuitive and are sometimes layered.

It has been great and we are glad we made the switch from our previous service. This has been so easy to implement, and much cheaper than the other service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of trying them out. They even extended our trial just to make sure we were ready. It's been great!

Pros

Clearstream has been very easy to implement into our current software, and I received step by step guidance when needed. Customer service has been amazing and the product itself has been a game changer with how we communicate! Love that we were able to port over our current landline number to use as our number for this, that was awesome.

Cons

So far, we haven't had anything we don't like about it. It has been really easy to immediately use and we couldn't ask for better customer service, they are always immediately available.

Great so far!! Easy to use - great dashboard with lots of information. Simple format. Love that we don’t have to navigate through multiple pages to send a message.

Pros

Easy to use. Our old system had to navigate across four pages to get a message sent out. Your system is much more efficient.

Cons

No phone call option. We wish there was an option for a phone call - Don’t know how hard that would be but it is something that some of our folks still want.

I moved over from Text in Church because it is more expensive. But I will say that they have way more templates that make it easier to stay connected with my organization.

Pros

Customer service response time is really quick and thorough.

Cons

I would like integration with Constant contact. I would like some templates for sending automated messages to various groups in my account. Workflow templates.

Pros

This is helping us connect with New Guests and identifying them in an easy non-intrusive way!!!!!!!!

Cons

Not sure yet, I need some more time using it. We are using this as part of our guest service assimilation. So PC integration is great, but maybe being able to access it through PC would be helpful.

Clearstream has helped me to communicate with my youth ministry in an easy and simple ways that were not possible before!!!

Pros

Makes communicating with my ministry EASY!! Integrates with systems we already use, like PCO check-ins

Cons

There is definitely not anything I don’t like about Clearstream. I obviously wish that it was free, but I have received awesome support from their team and they have made it well worth our time.
