I have had a great experience with Appcast thanks to representatives \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]- they have quick response time and have been a huge help in implementing this program.

Pros

Keeping track of performance metrics has never been easier.

Cons

There is not an easy way (that I am familiar with) to track the specific applications we receive without using the JazzHR integration.

Pros

Customer service is great! The ability to set bid prices on an individual job is great and makes it easy to prioritize spend.

Cons

The cost per app is higher compared to similar products.

Pros

We like that this software is getting our company name and brand in front of people who might not have seen it on Indeed or LinkedIn. Better visibility is awesome!

Cons

It's not necessarily the software that we don't like but we continuously get messages about paying an invoice that our CSR assures us is an error.

Pros

I like that it gives you the ability to set bid prices for candidates on a job-level basis. This is helpful as you can make dynamic decisions on how to spend your budget.

Cons

The platform is not entirely intuitive. This led to an issue where we overspent on a job posting during our 1st week of implementation. However, the team was quick to respond and help rectify the situation.

Overall, it’s a good experience. Recommended to use for large volumes of jobs.

Pros

\- Interface is simple to use and insightful - Customer support was strong - Large job volumes work well here - Pixel tracking setup was fairly easy

Cons

\- CPA seems to be higher with appcast vs. competitors - They don’t actually tell you what job boards your jobs are gaining apps from - Not all applications influenced by Appcast worked well - Sales rep claimed that a higher volume of jobs would increase performance; which made us always feel the pressure to spend more dollars to see better performance
