Pros

Great customer support always very quick to answer if I need any assistance Product is very easy to navigate.

Cons

Cannot think of anything negative to write about SendX. I have been suing it for over 2 years without any issues

Pros

SendX Plus gave us exactly what we needed to fix our email performance. The list cleaning, warm-up program, and domain reputation monitoring were spot on. The best part, though, was the team—fast responses on Slack, clear guidance, and genuine care for our success.

Cons

The onboarding required some time and active participation from our side. Not a big issue, but worth knowing if you’re looking for a completely hands-off solution.

Pros

When all you need is a robust email platform SendX is the best solution on the market. With so many companies migrating to be a knock-off of HubSpot or Salesforce, its nice to find an email platform that focuses on emails.

Cons

The database management interface is not as robust as I would like, but customer support is quick to jump in and make updates that I need.

very good. good product, good customer service; a bit on the pricey side but good overall.

Pros

excellent customer service. assisted by a person\[sensitive content hidden\], who walked me via a ZOOM call through a series of Segmentation Reports. Nice to be able to have a person assist instead of looking up FAQs and docs.

Cons

as usual, costs can be an inhibitor since we are a small firm.

It was good, until I discovered a better mailing app or program

Pros

I just like the drop and drag feature when designing, html embedding per section is good.

Cons

Loading Errors, Uploading Images takes time, no Autosave feature when creating drafts.some html/css can't be read. css codes must be inline. not declared to the head part or it can't be read.display preview is different when I received the test email.

Pros

I signed up for a monthly subscription as I run a very small business and their price point v. features was appealing.

Cons

After I had already paid for the first month and set up an initial campaign, I tried to log into my account two days later. I was continuously rerouted back to the sign-in page with no error messages. I reset my password twice, and still, the problem persisted. I then reached out to customer service who told me that my account was not approved and had been removed. There was ZERO communication about the decision to not approve my account, nor any reason provided AND my money has not been returned. For context, I run a small health and wellness practice and was looking for a system to send out a monthly newsletter, so I don't understand why my account did not pass their "checks". Unprofessional service and terrible customer service. Pay $2/mo more and use a better service.
