Gluu has made it easy to visualize, link and carry out processes, which helps simplify work. The high level of engagement from the Gluu support team is much appreciated.

Pros

Overall, Gluu is a user-friendly platform with a well-defined set of features. What truly sets Gluu apart and makes it a worthwhile investment are its task management and case flow capabilities, which turns the passive process maps into valuable tools to carry out real work. More advanced features includes API integrations (SharePoint, Power BI, for instance) which gives plenty opportunities to fit Gluu into the existing IT landscape. While still in beta stage, the Gluu AI Assistance has proved to be a great help, especially in generating step-by-step guides for each of the process activities, and I look forward to benefit from its continued development. The engagement from the Gluu support team is great, both in terms of solving bugs and taking input for future features and improvements.

Cons

I found the initial setup and administration of user rights difficult, and figuring out the ideal content structure and level of detail took some trial and error. Buttons for navigation and menu layout are not consistently implemented across the various pages, which can cause some confusion in the beginning. Furthermore, the tool for creating process maps lacks basic snap-to-grid functionality in certain situations (compared to Microsoft Visio, for instance), which makes it harder to ensure a consistent, uniform layout across the process maps made by multiple persons.

Overall a great process management tool. When support is needed, this is provided quickly, allowing us to move on fast. The continuous improvement of the platform is an additional benefit.

Pros

Gluu is an efficient platform for Process Management and collaboration. It is easy to use, and the possibility to import processes from the APQC framework is a huge benefit. This combined with the built-in AI funtionality will enable us to have a draft version of processes with a minimum effort from the business

Cons

In the beginning the drawing tool had some flaws, but this has been improved significantly. The new license setup has apoor fit to an organization where a large group of employees only needs to be able to see the process flows, not manage cases or make changes.

The concept on how processes are made available and conducted is well thought thru. The on-boarding was excellent and gluu constantly improves the software - just like in high-quality process management. Also, the customer service is highly accommodating and quick to answer using either the built-in gluu chat or email. It has been an overall pleasant and productive experience.

Pros

gluu is very intuitive for both end users and those modelling processes while it is not only a modelling tool, it makes managing processes easy and enables real process ownership! Plus, gluu actually engages process users. Last but not least, its visuals fit perfectly to our CI.

Cons

In order to visualize processes gluu has a "free" drawing tool in addition to regular process modelling. Only, I wish I have also all the wonderful functions added to it such as filtering, labels, etc. here as well.

Linking data, documentation and systems into one overview enhances the ability to visualize and communicate the benefits in a seamless way.

With regards to ERP-implementation it has helped us understand our needs as well as training new users. In addition Gluu makes you understand and think about your business processes even more. It forces you to define a 'best-practice'.

Pros

It is very intuitve and has a nice structure to it. The navigation is made super simple with a well-constructed proces-hierarcy. Regarding the proces-hierarcy, Gluu offers a lot of different options when it comes to cutmomization of view. This ensures, that your end-users/everyday-users can easily navigate to the processes and work instrution, that are of relavance to them. When used every day, you quickly understand the value of documenting your processes. As for our specific case, proces documentaion in Gluu has helped ud a lot during the implementation of new ERP-system.

Cons

Not much. The Gluu team have been good at keeping in contact and has helped us, if we have met any issues.

Document your company processes using one tool and keep track of all process-relevant information, RACI, SOPs, etc. Tells me in a scalable manner who is doing what, where, and how. It keeps your IT solutions up-to-date, may be applied for regression testing, and supports continuous process improvement, good change request flow, and easy interaction between end-user and process owner. Simple case functionality, including electronic forms, makes it easy for the users to automate daily routines and maintain the information flow in the business, digitalizing your processes.

Pros

It got just the right mix of function and features. It adds value for all users, including the day-to-day users of the receptiv processes. very easy to get started.

My overal experience can be described as astonishing. I have used GLUU for many years now. And what started for a small explanation platform for our ERP system with small flowcharts. Has now grown into a huge program that contains all our internal processes.

Pros

How easy it is to work with and to start with. And how much and how quick the customer service is from GLUU.

Cons

When starting I missed some of the functions. But after using it for some years I have no cons. Amazing product.

You can start easily and already benefit from the first successes. Afterwards you can take it much further, e.g. with tasks and thus guide the users even more. It is being developed a lot and new options are being added. Practically all departments use it daily.

Pros

It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The Gluu team helps with the introduction to learn the methodology. This has significantly improved the integration. We receive support within a short time. Price / performance is very good.

Cons

Every user needs a license but the price is fair.
