The platform is intuitive and quick to learn to navigate and therefore does not require deep technical internal skills. In addition, the platform allows all relevant process information - workflow, users and instructions, etc. - to be stored in one place. **Cons:** It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether they are main processes or sub-processes. Perhaps main processes can be marked with "bold" or similar, to create a better overview? It is difficult to print the swim lane diagrams in a format that can be used at workshops etc. The print is simply of too poor quality. It can be difficult to line up the various boxes and arrows so it is completely aligned and neat. Vendor Response By gluu on January 10, 2025 Thank you very much for your review. We are happy to say that we now offer an option to customize the layers in your hierachy using the feature Gluu drawings. Similarly, we have also greatly improved the process editor making it really easy to create neat looking process maps. When it comes to printing options, we suggest that you use the SVG option instead of JPEG for higher quality printouts. Christina R.
