Would like a little more hands on and maybe some fresh ideas that they could bring into our account. Letting customers and prospects start demos, read guides, register for webinars, etc. Pros It's super easy to use and our rep is amazing. I love getting emails from our rep on best practices, use cases, etc. It helps give us ideas for how others in the industry are using and finding value from the platform. Cons It's still difficult to prove the ROI. I think it's a really nice to have, but maybe not yet necessary for our organization in particular. There's a lot of planning and strategy that should go into using Sigstr and we haven't yet taken the time to map that out. Review Source Sean C. My company experienced a 2X ROI in the first 6 months of using Sigstr. Cons The only con I have is that this tool is often hard to sell to executive management because they don't understand it. Pros It's intuitive to manage, simple to set-up and easy to make a big impact with your e-mails. We use it for internal and external e-mails. We've been able to increase brand recognition and measurably impact our overall marketing results by advertising content in every outbound e-mail. The ability to create targeted lists for ABM activities is also a HUGE advantage. Cons Fully and properly implementing the software will require the administrator to work individually with employees who are not tech savvy and have difficulty managing their e-mail signatures. It's a great way to advertise an upcoming event or encourage a prospect through the sales cycle. Cons The editing of email signatures can be a little bit difficult to maneuver at first. The employee editing fields are different from page to page. Ease of use could be improved by using the same form on both pages. Example: when you highlight an employee and click the edit icon on the right side of the screen, it will populate more fields than if you actually click on the employee and attempt to navigate the editing feature on this page. " May 19, 2020 5.0 They are a great platform and continually work to resolve the dwindling lists of asks we have. Their creative and support teams are great and the CSMs are so amazing I could jump up and down. Pros It's so nice to have consistent uniform email signatures and marketing banners for all employees! Plus Sigstr has released some new features like recipient-based (ABM) Banners and shuffle banners too. Love that. Also, they help create banners when our creative team is busy which is very helpful. Also, my CSM is such a badass rockstar. LOVE HER. Cons I don't always know when one banner will win over another if both are scheduled at the same time, but that's user error for sure. That, and to make the shuffle banners work employees need the Sigstr chrome extension installed. Review Source TH Tim H. Pros I love the ability to change and control company email signatures at a global level from one department. The ability to also create specific email signatures based on the contact that you are reaching out to is ideal in order to place meaningful content or a value-add link to each email. Cons The initial implementation was a bit slower than I had hoped and the designer did not get a lot of support in terms of best design practices. The strategy around the solution could be better laid out to support faster adoption and best practices. Pros The best thing about Terminus is the built-in ssh client and the flexibility of this terminal over the conventional Windows and Linux-based terminals, the hotkeys, the shortcuts and the ease of work are really fluent and easy. The cherry on top is this being an open-source project that makes it a pretty nice product. Cons Till now I have not been able to spot any cons about this particular software however a little more GUI improvements would make it a lot better. In addition to offering a powerful marketing tool, they also have exemplary customer service. Pros Sigstr brings marketing power to otherwise wasted space (the employee email signature). It is extremely easy to use on the backend and makes it very easy to both deploy consistent email signatures across the entire company and use that space to promote marketing initiatives. It offers a lot of great campaign options from static campaigns to dynamic ones to power ABM activities. Its recent integration with Salesforce allows for an even stronger tie-in to marketing and sales initiatives. Cons The reporting in Sigstr could be better. There is definitely data available to track performance, but it could be a lot more granular and easier to work with. That said, Sigstr has already made a lot of improvements in this area and is continuing to develop it. Pros Terminus quickly helps us gain more awareness with a targeted group of prospects that we select, no complicated processes and no wasting money on showing banners to the wrong people. We did A/B test and were able to justify the costs and see good results for our team. Cons It took us a little bit of time to fully onboard, integrate and understand how we could maximize our value. Pros Sigstr has been great for maintaining our signatures company-wide. It's a great tool to keep branding consistent and another outlet to display marketing campaigns and events. Excellent customer service and support. They have a great team that helped us onboard. They are always very prompt at responding to email questions and are just a joy to work with. The user interface is clean, simple, and easy to use. The signature lines look slick and the campaigns work great! I love the analytics provided as well. I can also monitor the clicks and effectiveness of various links and be more innovative with changing links to various product pages in my email signature every once in a while. It is a more effective and less in-your-face type of marketing to engage the customers. Pros I started using Sigstr after a random search on Google for making my email signatures creative and interactive. Sigstr is truly fundamental in building brand reputation with my clients and also standing out amongst others. The ability to build your company information into the signature is great and it was exactly what I was looking for. Cons The software is great although the customer service can be a bit more available for quick answers, other than that I love using the software to design email signatures for me and my team. Everything is easy to find in the software and if Gmail is being used, things are pretty much a breeze to implement. Implementing the software does get a little cumbersome due to the owner of the email signature (not the administrator of the software) having to do things to make it work. But overall, it is a good buy. Pros I like the ease of use. Everything you need can be quickly found and you do not have to search or guess. I also liked that it gives a brand unity in regards to email signatures if using just iPhones. Cons It cannot be used on Android phones. If you have a company that uses both iPhones and Androids it doesn't allow branding to be uniform on the email signatures. Reason for choosing Terminus For us, it was either use Sigstr or nothing. Cons Getting it set up initially was a little difficult. We had to rely heavily on the customer support to make sure we did everything correctly.
