We are having a very positive experience using Momentum QMS, specially regarding the document management and training modules.

Pros

Value for money is really good. Besides, customer support is great! All my enquires are solved. The system provides a great document management system, very easy to use. It allows a neat file sharing system and collaboration across all reviewers.

Cons

Some users do not find the system very intuitive. This lead to minors issues for first-time document reviewers which can be overcome by providing close support from the administrators.

The product is great, the service is great and the whole thing is infinitely more affordable than what competitors were charging us for the same.

Pros

Ease of use and adaptability. The database as well as interface is really good. It's adaptable and the service we've received is awesome.

Cons

Getting it implemented onsite behind a ton of security is not simple. The online implementation, which seems straightforward, is not the package we wanted but with our security protocols, on site implementation was never going to be simple.

A very professional and comprehensive system backed by a team that are willing to go the extra mile, acknowledging the challenges of constructing a QMS from ground zero. We would definitely recommend Momentum to labs seeking an eQMS, even those who have little to no experience in quality systems.

Pros

Single licence for unlimited users and access levels, great value for money, decent training package for users/super users and excellent responsiveness of Momentum staff, uncluttered user interface and easy to find material, customisable workflows and many out-of-the-box modules included.

Cons

Some of the questions for the training weren't provided with answers from the videos and online help material. The super user package could be slightly more in depth to give admin and super users greater self-sufficiency. The inclusion of sample management module and electronic notebook would make this a complete package for labs who are building up for NATA accreditation.

As a consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance for medical device manufacturers, we’ve worked with several QMS platforms over the years, but Momentum QMS stands out for its balance of affordability, functionality, and adaptability. We’ve implemented it across multiple client environments and found the system to be incredibly flexible. The ability to configure forms, workflows, and user permissions without heavy custom development has allowed us to tailor solutions that align with each client’s specific regulatory and operational requirements. One of the major advantages for us has been the white-labeling capability. It’s enabled IntegPro to offer a fully branded, customized QMS experience to our clients—something that sets us apart and creates a deeper consulting relationship. From a support perspective, the Momentum team has been responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. We’ve deployed the system onsite and in the cloud, depending on the client's needs, and both have performed reliably. Overall, Momentum QMS has become a core part of our consulting toolkit, and we continue to see strong client satisfaction from those who adopt it.

Pros

It works for all management systems, inlcuding Quality, Safety, and Environment.

Cons

It might need a bit of refreshment design on the form builder side.

The fact that I can design my own forms and process flows in the test system.

There is nothing in particular that is a problem but like any other system sometimes it doesn’t load properly but then starts working as expected Could be due to internet issue rather than system issue

Pros

The platform's ease of configuration and adaptability to business requirements is excellent.The out-of-the-box (OOB) modules provide a strong foundation and starting point.It allows for unlimited user licenses which is more economical choice compared to named-user or concurrent licenses.

Cons

Access to the backend database tables has to be requested from support for integration purposes, we would liked to have access to the full database on demand.

Pros

I appreciate that Momentum QMS consolidates all quality management tools into a single platform, providing easy access and customization options. The consistent design of the modules allows users to navigate and understand the workflow effortlessly, regardless of which module they are working with.

Cons

While I am familiar with general databases and administrative functions such as MS Access, I don't have a background in IT. Momentum QMS offers scripts for enhanced module and data functionality, but without a programming background, I am unable to utilize these advanced features without assistance from IT professionals.

Pros

The most significant benefit of Momentum QMS is the ability to consolidate all assigned tasks and action items into a single system, regardless of their originating workflow. This feature enables users to keep track of their progress against action items, eliminating the need for manual tracking of due dates. Momentum QMS has solved the problem of manual tracking and management of workflows, such as Management of Change, which previously required weekly meetings and updates. The system has streamlined processes, reducing the need for routine meetings and manual tracking. The software has also formalized the quality issues, customer complaint, and audit finding management system, which was previously reliant on email communication between multiple departments. As a result, the quality group has been able to increase productivity and utilize their time more efficiently.

Cons

One drawback of Momentum QMS is its limited development capabilities. For example you cannot copy and paste large portions of a workflow to implement them in a new workflow. You basically have to create each new workflow from start.
