This is a great managed file transfer solution. I have to say the licensing model is a little bit expensive. The one thing I can say, their support runs better than most.

Option to Schedule file transfer between clients, enterprise level solution. easy to use, centralized monitor.

Cons

All good so far, working perfectly for our kind of distributed office environment.
