while not perfect, MFT has allowed us to develop integrations across a wide range of systems. The scripting process can be a little clunky, but gets the job done, and the available tools make debugging straightforward.

Ease of use for our employees. I have not really run into any issues while using this product so far. We have had a few users that were having issues with the outlook plugin but was able to fix pretty easy

Pros

This product is very easy to use and get going with. This is something we can email simple instructions to users to get them using product.

This is a great managed file transfer solution. I have to say the licensing model is a little bit expensive. The one thing I can say, their support runs better than most.

Option to Schedule file transfer between clients, enterprise level solution. easy to use, centralized monitor.

Cons

All good so far, working perfectly for our kind of distributed office environment.
