Cons I also use medforce so I have command center and content center. this does not sync to them, so you have to save them using medforce image driver. its also not easy to upload live documents. I would like to upload a form and have the ability to add information there is a text box but I need a smart form. I think once they have fully developed everything it could be good but we have been using for almost 2 years now and have not moved pass our beta test site because of some of these issues. Pros The ability to achieve paperless work flow with fillable and sign-able packets. Easy to use for Office end user and Patient. Cons It would be nice to have the ability to Edit Text on a form, within Sign Center. but it is easy enough to go back out to Adobe to fix and re import. There is room for improvement on the features of the software. Pros The software is easy to use, the customer service is great and will respond within a few hours of your inquiry, and the price is reasonable. Cons Does not have a bulk email feature. Needs a resend/reminder notice for those clients who do not respond to your email. A multi-language option would be great for those that do not speak English.
