(out of 5). I highly recommended for someone looking to streamline their business and look better than their competitor. I have used them for many years with a few companies. This last company I started almost exactly one year ago from this revenue. I was able to grow our revenue to over $150k a month. No way I could have done it without using a system like this. And at the price point.. they are by far the best. Pros It really helped automate the entire customer experience. If you take the time to set it up properly, it makes managing the sales, job management, and customer management so much simpler. Cons I think overall this a great system, they are always improving and open to feedback. My only con would be the learning curve learning how to format text within their text fields. They respond in a timely manner and make sure you get your problems solved. Pros We started using Estimate Rocket a little over 2 years ago and have experienced massive growth in that time. I believe Estimate Rocket has played a good role in that growth. We have had multiple customers comment on how much more professional our estimates look compared to other contractors. Cons This is more a negative on my end but, there is so much customizing that we are still editing and customizing things in the app. I feel like this will be going on for a while.
