Overall good software but can get frustrating with the shortcomings it has.

Pros: Very ease of use with logging into machines and for scripting. Can be good for automation with scripts, regular reboots and pushing out updates. Also gives alerts for servers or other manually selected machines not checking in. Also a good amount of security options to help customers feel at ease, like alerts for someone logging in, or even having the user giving approval before doing so, in case of sensitive information.

Cons: If you lose connection, you have to close the session and reopen, which can be painful if you are working in multiple machines. The most frustrating can be when a machine says it is online, but you cannot log into it, remotely or live connect. Also can only view one screen at a time in remote sessions. So having to constantly switch between windows, or moving objects to another screen, can get tedious.

Pros: Navigation and ease of creating groups, scripts, policies are great from a UI standpoint.
Organization is good and easy to modify to make even mass changes.
Remote Desktop app is great usually minimal lag even on the worst connections for external users.

Cons: Technical issues with Chrome are constant, updates take extended periods of time, & errors are usually not helpful by default.

Overall: Time saving for management of updates and software implimentation.
