Pros: The seamless integration into Salesforce. We were looking for a solution for my agents to allow their clients to self serve the appointment scheduling aspect. This has worked out perfectly

Cons: There were a couple of little issues right after launch, but the customer support was very quick to modify our configuration so that it worked the correct way for our processes.

Overall: The amount of appointments that we are not able to make have increased by over 70%. My agents no longer have to play the game of back and forth to try to find a time that works for both parties. This app has been a game changer for our organization.

Takes the headaches out of scheduling appointments!

Pros: This tool has helped our students schedule appointments with our reps at a time that is convenient for them. It has really helped us spend our time on the right students. Other great bells and whistles and smooth implementation!

Cons: Does not directly integrate perfectly with outlook.
Viewing multiple usercalendars at once is a little clunky.

SUMO helped us implement a scheduling solution for our providers in a quick and easy way.

Pros: SUMO helped us implement a scheduling solution for our providers in a quick and easy way.
The Work shift Load and changes are very easy, and the Scheduling Site front end is very easy to setup an appointments. I see they have lot of other options which we do not even use in our business use case.
Configuring the scheduling site with clicks and buttons as per business use case is what i liked the most.
And the production support response is very good and they helped us even in weekends when needed.
And they took suggestions and feature request seriously and provided in there new releases.
I would gladly recommend this product.

Cons: The only thing i would ask sumo is to provide a report or a dashboard to count remaining slots for provider so that we can load new availability.

Pros: The reports/dashboards are extremely helpful in tracking information (such as appointments overall, appointments per location, tasks that are outstanding/have been accepted by different employees) and simple to create. We are able to have more information for clients saved in their profiles such as their appointment history, we can attach files (such as doctor's notes) and have graphs showing their weight loss progress.

Overall: This has cut down on tasks that used to be time consuming, such as appointment reminders. It is also easy to create templates for specific needs (such as referral bonuses or 'how-to' guides) so that you aren't re-typing the same emails and wasting time. It has been very easy to train new employees in it's use, which was a big plus. Some of my recent hires have used software in dental or chiropractic offices before and have commented on how much better SUMO is to use.
