Comments: Delivered a high quality, easily digestible, market research study quickly and painlessly.

Pros: Well priced v. competitors, more significant and less biased sample, extremely simple, very helpful support

Cons: Really the only negative is that it isn't free (and again, for the market, its fantastically well priced, just as a businessperson, cheaper is always nice, all other things equal)
