I especially like the visuals of the platform, as it makes it easier to keep projects organized. The 'reporting' option makes data collection and analysis easy and efficient. Pros It's really user-friendly and easy to set up new projects. It's not overly complicated and you can figure out how to use most tools on your own. Cons The messaging component can glitch, as I've sent messages to people who did not get them sent to their inbox, and vice versa. Since I communicate with applicants primarily through messages, it can be frustrating to find that messages were not delivered. However, this doesn't happen often. Cons I suppose that, since Submittable is constantly being updated with new features, it is not a final polished product, and it will require me to reach out to the Submittable team when I come across these new features.
