Additionally, I am impressed by the exceptional customer support provided by the WizeHive team, who are always responsive and helpful as I've needed assistance during the onboarding process. **Cons:** While I'm extremely pleased with our WizeHive subscription, we encountered some drawbacks during the onboarding process. Specifically, I discovered a few features mentioned in our initial sales call were not part of our subscription package and would require an additional fee, which was prohibitively expensive for our small organization. DEI within the platform is crucial as we expand our grantmaking outreach to include Spanish and Vietnamese speaking applicants, who could apply in their native language, with seamless review capabilities for English-speaking reviewers. Furthermore, we needed to streamline administrative workflows to maintain our output with a lean staff. Using Wizehive allowed us to put 3 different workflows, used by 3 different teams/roles all in one place. And the experience for the user is a lot easier than other systems for processing applications. **Cons:** The only thing I didn't like was testing out the views for different roles within my workspace.
