Pros Text to speech features is the most loved part for me, I loved the functionality and available template inside it.Besides it is very easy to use, especially from pre-made templates to new video. Inbuilt backgrounds and animations are impressive.Most importantly to connect with audience it helps me perfectly in less time. Cons There is nothing I have disliked so far. Pros This is very understandable and quick to learn platform. It is quite simplistic, so it is useful for users without experience in video editing skills. I agree with the set prices for the options of package deals and what they have to offer. It has a great library of image assets that helps make a family friendly presentation. I found it to be effectively quick to use. Cons I feel that the timeline could be stretched out, but only a small amount. Be aware that you require internet access to complete a project and, for me, it glitched when downloading a video. Pros Ease of use, self-explanatory navigation, a multitude of features, very nice finished product. Cons Software would start lagging or becoming choppy the further you progressed in each video. The nickel and dimeing is irritating as hell. And their support is really bad. Their answer to everything is to spend more money. I tried to get a refund and they said a few days after my trial period they wouldn't grant it. It's a terrible platform I'd stay away from. Pros Absolutely nothing. It totally sucks. It's a ripoff. Cons They try to get you to upgrade at every turn after you've already spent over 220 dollars. Their Customer Service was quite top notch, however. Pros We were able to locally create videos for promotion and clients for advertisements rather then sending off to a studio. Most of the features were easy to use and adapt. System behavior like many other google or microsoft systems. Cons It was at times choppy. It could freeze up. Multiple layers would often bog down the processing speeds. The servers were in Australia I think, somewhere around the globe, which I believe was a major factor in speeds once reaching our offices. Pros It is easy to use, popular drag and drop feature and effective. It was easy to make a short video on the free option we used to test the software while searching for an appropriate visual aid tool. Cons The images/characters were not as good as we had seen and tested on other sites. We also felt that there was a limited amount of ethnic characters compared to other sites too.
